Every associate should be trained on everything Michaels sells for crafting. A customer should never be told " I don't use it so I wouldn't know" or "use your own judgment " so associates are getting paid to just walk around, they are no help at all. This location is worthless read more

This Michaels was very well organized, they have everything I expected to find for all my holiday DIY projects! The associates were all very pleasant and helpful considering how busy they were during my visit! The only downside for this location was that there was only one person at check out so it took a long time to get through the line. But overall, it was a great shopping experience found what I was looking for and a lot more so I'm sure to be back! read more

I've had two large projects done by the Framing Department and both came out fantastic. Lacey is incredibly patient, provided expert guidance, and was able to help me find solutions to the projects I had in mind. Her customer service and interpersonal skills are impeccable. Delores was delightful! The fella and I had a print we needed custom-framed, so we ventured into Michael's around 11:30 on a Sunday. Delores was the only person working in the frame department, and we were fourth in line. Impressively, she kept her cool under pressure (one of those people in line cut in front of us and was pretty darn short with her). In between helping the people ahead of us, she quickly helped me unroll my print and told me I could start pulling out frame and mattes. By the time she got to us, we had settled on a frame and a matte, which we ran by her for an opinion... and she had one. (I hate it when you ask for help, and the staff just tells you that you're right.) She said she had previously owned an art studio, and she had some great insight into our colors/framing. I can't speak to the rest of the store, and we haven't gotten our print back yet, but I can't think of a more pleasant experience waiting in line and working with a store staff person. read more

I can never seem to find everything I need at this location! The cashiers are usually rude and get mad when you use a coupon on your phone. The Micheal's app is a waste of time! Easier to go through email in line. read more

This store has the most rude, unhelpful employees of any store I have ever been into. I have been to this location twice in the last week and have not had one good experience. It is not well stocked, half of the craft isles are empty. When showing the coupon I got from the Michaels website the cashier told me she was unable to use it because she couldn't scan. It has a code that could be used. Another cashier was able to. The customer next to me asked the cashier how much she saved and she said it's right on the screen can't you read. Again rude and have definitely lost my business. read more

Just attended a "class" and Carolina was the instructor. She was 10 minutes late getting to the class, was completely unorganized and could not have been any ruder. Thankfully this was a free class. read more
