All of the holiday decorations have been picked through. Although anything holiday related is 50% off, the prices are still significantly higher than I wanted to spend and I'm leaving empty-handed. We were on a mission to find a couple items for our Christmas gifts. We'd been to a Michaels in Broward and still needed a few more things. We were in the area and decided to try this store -- to see what they had in stock. The store is huge. Except for their cashiers, we didn't see any staff to help us, and they were fairly busy before Christmas. So, we wandered the aisles. While we were looking for a few specific items, we got to browse through their clearance section and actually found a couple useful things -- for future projects. I'm not a big crafter -- and my husband is much more talented than I am in any artsy kind of endeavor -- but I'm glad we checked this store out. I have not been into Michael's for years. It could be a bit overwhelming especially if you're just looking for one particular thing. If you're going to browse, it's great for that. They also have a lot of beads for people to make their own jewelry, bracelets, etc. I'm not a craft person, so it's hard for me to judge the quality of the merchandise, but they did have probably the largest selection of Halloween decor that I've ever seen read more

Michaels usually has discounts and I love this because I like saving money. I wanted to purchase some small silk flowers for an indoor pot. I like that these flowers can be dust off and always look good. Today they had 40 percent off and this made me smile. Staff is friendly and helpful , store is well stocked. I recently got back into crafting and have needed some random craft supplies. This location is the perfect place to stop in and find exactly what I need or to just walk around and be inspired. The staff has always been very nice whenever I've needed anything. Definitely signup for the emails and you'll get special coupons which brings your total price down a bit! read more

Extremely disappointed. I purchased an item and specifically asked at the register if it was returnable, and was assured that it was. Went in today to return the item because it did not end up looking out, and the manager told me that it could not be returned. Bad Form! You've lost a customer for good. read more

Very unfriendly and non-caring staff and manager. Went in to purchase yarn, Afghan hook and book for a Tunisian afghan. Went back to yarn/knitting area and it was filled with boxes of everything, could not get to the shelves. I asked to speak to a manager and she (Nicole) could care less; they just got a big order and had no place else to put it or move it to. Prices are higher than a local competitor that is about 1/4 mile away. Scrapbooking selection much less than in past. Fine art supply brushes in complete disarray. Tight aisles. Even though they probably meet standards, difficult for ADA customers to navigate. A lot of staff turnover. I miss the previous assistant manager Eric. He was promoted to another store last year.
