I decided to try them for a pedicure and was extremely disappointed. I thought the lady I booked my appointment with would be the person to do my pedicure. However, when I arrived, she had a guy do my pedicure. He was lousy!! He should not be in that type business. I was on my way to firewheel to run errands and saw this place. It wasn't busy and figured it would be an easy stop. I got a dip mani and a regular polish pedi. The lady who did my mani cut up my left hand. My thumb was the worst finger after she was using the electric tool for my nail she was rushing and cut me multiple times. I was bleeding and she didn't bother to be gentle after I even said ow that hurt. Continued to do the dip and never has anyone cut me so bad and still put my open wound cut into the dip powered container. It's been a while since anyone has cut me but I remember when I was the lady used a scooper cause she didn't want to dip my cut finger into the container - the sanitary thing to do. The pedi was ok, no cuts and maybe a 5 minute leg message. By the pictures I posted you'd think this was 2 1/2 - 3 weeks from when I got them done but no I got them done Saturday (6/4) and it's only Thursday (6/9) and they have already chipped and cracked. I normally don't go here, bc every time I've gone they manage to cut me or burn my finger from drilling, but I was restricted on time so I ended up here. I finally found a person named Trish (manager) whose really good, so I called two weeks later to schedule an appt with her, and she called 30 minutes before the appt to tell me she couldn't take me at that time bc she scheduled someone else and so I told her ok I'll come the next day at noon. I go there the next day 5 minutes before noon, and she had just started on someone, and told me no, she took someone else and to wait 20 minutes. Never said sorry, or acknowledged that she screwed up on my appt twice! Back to Villa nails for me. read more

Look,I'm someone who gets her nails done on a regular so I've had bad work done before and I usually am not mad about it,But this day was the day before my anniversary and I needed them done right .Ive been here 3 times and the first 2 times where awesome ! I had my nails and toes done by Tina the first 2 times...But the third time I had my nails done by Lana....I'll just say this ..If you want your nails done right, it's best to wait for someone you KNOW will do your nails the right way and take their time on them ,then to let someone who doesn't know what they're doing,rush and mess them up... that's exactly what Lana did. I basically had a French tip with white toes ...On top of that they tried charging me $100 for literall mess . After I paid I went right across the street by target and get them fixed .....Don't go here unless your dealing with some you know does good. read more

I have been here plenty of times and never had an issue. Went last week for a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was good but the manicure wasn't. The whole time she was telling me to get dip, which is what I usually do but this time I wanted just a manicure to clean up my nails from COVID closure. She didn't even do that. The next day I laid out by the pool and three of my toes completely lost polish and two of my fingers the gel ripped all the way down. The rest of my nails were all chipped. I went back to get them fixed and the day after one toe was gone again and the rest of the nails were pulling off. I ended up taking off my nails when they were only done less than a week. I asked for chrome nails for my birthday they were arguing saying it is chrome and they were charging extra my sister pulled up what it's supposed to look like they all started yelling I asked who the manager was they said both managers were not there. For my pedicure they lady had put three different colors on one toe I asked her to redo it she started yelling in whichever language she spoke to the girls doing my manicure and quickly finished the rest of my toe nails and walked off. For my lady doing my nex gen nails she kept arguing with me about what color and the length I should be doing it was ridiculous. I used to go to Coco nails in Dallas. I've gone there since I was 13 years old. I moved to garland about two years ago, the drive from my original nail salon was 40 minutes away. I have literally tried almost every nail salon in the area, but none were up to my standards, until I came here. I had my set done by Cam and she did an amazing job and Lam did my pedicure and she did a good job as well. The inside of the nail salon itself isn't fancy, but the service is great. Everyone is nice, but god my gel manicure was awful! The polish was just everywhere, leaking and jagged near my cuticles. It was not a clean application. My first time here and my last! My fault for wanting to try a new place! I never felt so upset and disappointed over a manicure ever! I also got a pedi which was alright. What sucks the most is they do an okay job and charge more than other places that does a great job. If you get shellac often, don't come here. We got the $35 pedicures and they let us have extra 10 min leg/foot massages for $10 extra. They used real oranges and other fancy lotions and goop on our feet and legs and massaged them all in one by one. It felt fine, kinda repetitive just getting everything squeezed. My lady (I didn't catch her name) did it so hard, her latex gloves ripped. After she scrubbed my feet with the foot callus remover/grater, she slapped it on the towel where I was putting my feet up until all the dead skin came off the grater. She left it there the good majority of the time we were there. I'm not very assertive but was so grossed out by it just sitting there, I almost asked her if she could get a fresh towel until she finally did it herself before it came to that point. It had probably been 30 min, which is the picture I have attached. I noticed the other nail technicians did similar but I think they rubbed it in the towels so it wasn't as noticeable. She also cleaned out her brushes and other buffers under the water where my legs and feet were. Which sucks because then all the gross stuff that I was having taken off my feet, were now floating and soaking around and into my legs and feet? They didn't offer refreshments until the end when my aunt requested it. Then they asked everyone out loud in the salon. Overall it was okay. Just kinda gross. read more

After having a bad day. I took my girlfriend to get her mani and pedi. Right when I walked in, someone was there to greet me. We did not have to wait at all. After being seated, we were offer cold water or a can of soda. Both Mani and Pedi was done at the same time so it was very good timing. The nail tech that took care of my girl friend was Cam and Lan, she made sure everything my girlfriend had everything she needed (Pillows, water, fan,ect.) Cam and Lan both did the mani and pedi within 45 minutes, which is a fairly good time for both. I will difinitely talk her back to Michele Nails, Maybe next time even bring my mother. read more

I payed $70 for a Nexgen full set and pedicure. Which was not worth AT ALL. Not even a day passes and one of my nails broke. They fixed it for free, but a few days later I broke 2 more.
