I have seen staff come and go, mostly they are efficient and pleasant except for 1 interaction, which may have happened months ago, and I think the staff doesn't work there anymore, who knows. But I came here on Monday 01/05/2026 to drop off an Amazon return. There was line, but the staff were assisting customers quite efficiently, one was scanning on the counter, a couple of staff were packing or sorting packages at the back, and another staff by the return/scan kiosk. The kiosk is supposed to be a self drop off, but I'm glad there is a person there, readily able to help if you have questions. It was easy, I scanned the code, it printed out a new label and stick it on the box, just making sure to cover the old one. I was out in no time! I hope they keep it efficient and pleasant.

There were two gentlemen helping at the center and Debbie had opened up a register on the side. During my wait in line I observed Debbie give the cutest little munchkin a hello kitty sticker as a surprise. It just made my day. But then it got even better when I got to Debbie's register. I had neglected to print my shipping label and Debbie quickly took charge and made sure my Amazon page went straight to print in 3 seconds flat. At the same time she was doing this, she was also assisting the reps at the other counters in making sure another customer chose the right shipping insurance option.
