She called me immediately to let me know the documents required, charges and what to expect to notarize a California Power of Attorney and Healthcare Directive for mom and dad. After our brief meeting, I realized I had things my parents needed to do before she came out. It took a couple of months but we got there. Yesterday, Suzanne met my parents in their home. She even FaceTimed me so that my parents felt secure and comfortable with me "there". She was gracious, extremely patient and the kindest business professional I could have hoped for. Her natural kindness and compassion put my parents, and me at total ease. I was pleasantly surprised at her respect and professionalism, such a breath of fresh air! She explained the process and steps they would be taking. She even brought out a magnifying wand for my dad and repeated information that they asked.
