During my consultation Tyler explained for the length I had I would need more hair that usual, and she got to color matching my grown out, red/brown hair I felt was going to be impossible to match. Somehow Tyler got a perfect blend of colors to match!! We scheduled the install and got to work. The install experience was so, so, so good! Really have never had such a relaxing, laid back hair appointment. Her studio is beautiful and just has the most welcoming vibe, and Tyler makes sure you feel comfortable. She started off with a trim to ensure the extensions would blend well into my natural hair. As she started installing the extensions, she made sure to check in and ask if they were feeling comfortable throughout. During our lunch break she included a mimosa & charcuterie board snack! Such a sweet addition to the service. When we got back to the install and she worked her way to the front, I noticed her sectioning was perfect before she placed down the tape ins. This was super impressive to me!! I've had horror stories with other hair stylists who do a sloppy job just to get done quicker, but not Tyler. She pays extra attention to detail and when asked she explains from a customer point of view, and how uncomfortable it could get for the customer when their hair is not done properly. When she got to styling, before she even blended my extensions in, I was already impressed. The color match was CRAZY and after all the hair I needed, it surprisingly felt super comfortable. She got to work on blending in the extensions with my short, shoulder length hair and then styled it. I could not believe it when she was done, felt like a whole new person. Tyler really gave me the perfect mermaid/victorias secret model hair of my dreams!! I'm so in love and excited to go back in a few weeks for my next session.

Highly recommend Katya especially for blowouts and root touch up! She did my recent root touch up…read more I have (natural) black hair and being in my late 30s, I have some grays. I usually go 3 months between root touch up because I don't have a ton of grays yet; that is how long it takes for the amount of gray I have to "bother" me. With Katya it was the first time I couldn't find even a single gray hair after the root touch up! Usually I find at least a few hairs that got missed, so I was really amazed she covered every single gray! On black hair it's easy to see if any grays are missed so I was like WOW, Katya did the best job ever! She will be my go-to stylist for my root touch ups now! And I think I will go more often like every 8 weeks at least because it really is a nice confidence boost to have your roots freshly done! Katya is also just so pleasant to be around, she is so kind and has a lovely personality. I also have the unlimited blowout membership which is seriously the best deal in town! I don't need to wash my own hair anymore! I usually get a blowout twice a week, sometimes 3 times. Amazing if your schedule allows you to be in the salon often, especially for women who are busy with their careers. I can work on my laptop while getting my hair blow dried and curled! Sometimes two girls will be blow drying my hair at the same time while I'm working - major boss babe vibes! LOL. The blowout membership is only for level 2 and below stylists though, which Katya has graduated beyond. But many of the other girls do great blowouts too.
