Michelli's Is going down the drain. I ordered a large pie with sausage and I can count the number of pieces of sausage on two hands. Several slices had two pieces of sausage. Skimping on the toppings to save $$ will put you out of business for sure. And they're also skimping on the dough, the pizza was so thin with no crust. I can't believe it. Have a little pride in making pizza, because people are very picky when it comes to pizza. And they are still taking advantage of the pandemic and don't have chairs and tables in the restaurant. Everything and I mean everything here is great. Their eggplant rollintoni is outstanding, their pizza is my favorite in town, thin NY style and a tasty crust. They always use fresh ingredients (no canned mushrooms are harmed in the use of their pizza). They have the best stromboli in town, using only high quality meats and cheeses. Their Pizza rolls, calzones and salads are always freshly made. Don't get me started. Every time you walk in they make you feel like you're part of their family. They know your first name by heart and sometimes your favorite items on the menu. We feel very lucky that we are within delivery location from them and whenever we order in which is on a weekly basis it always arrives piping hot. We stumbled upon this place while visiting. We decided to try the 4 cheese white pizza. They advertise using really good cheese and this pizza did not disappoint. From the first crunchy bite this pizza was delicious. We decided to throw some red sauce on top And that was also delicious. We come from Chicago so we know pizza! The food was so good we stopped again for lunch before we headed out. Had spaghetti and meatballs and chicken Parmesan. Both excellent. This is not s fancy place but the food was excellent. On top of that all staff was very accommodating and friendly. A must try!! read more

They are slow ridiculously slow. If they don't know how to keep up with service they need to find something else to do. I come to Michellis probably once a week and tonight I was driving for Uber. And the guy making the pizza was just very rude and disrespectful. Say f*** women, women suck, women are trash. Just saying awful things about women. It makes me extremely uncomfortable knowing someone that works there hates women so much. . The girl up front was trying to get him to stop speaking so loud but i had already heard him say what he said. She apologized to me for him. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but that's no excuse for the things he said tonight. The food is magnificent, and always worth the wait. And I appreciate you guys being open. I was recently in Florida vacationing and spent a day on the coast before heading back toward Orlando. I found this place via Yelp and thought I'd give it a try. The staff was so kind and helpful. I ordered the mediterranean pizza and it was ready in about 25 minutes. I thought I'd take it in my car back to Orlando and eat it there...but the pizza smelled so good I couldn't wait. I dove into a slice or two on the drive and OH MY GOSH. DELICIOUS!!!! I'm not even a fan of onions and artichokes, but I just wolfed it all down and it was fabulous! Not too greasy or anything. Great thin crust and intense flavor! I brought the pizza home for my sister--I anticipated her picking off the veggies and all, but she thought it was perfect and delicious too! We ordered the family meal that came with the 16" pizza, wings and garlic knots. The service was very quick, however, the food could use have used more flavor. The garlic knots were doused in butter - there was so much butter that there was a small pool at the bottom of the dish. It lacked in the taste of garlic. The dough was OK. Dense. The wings were supposed to have a garlic flavor but we couldn't taste it. Same situation with the oil at the bottom of the dish. The pizza fared the best out of the 3 dishes we tried. Loved the atmosphere but the food could use stronger flavor to get this restaurant 5 stars from us. read more

Came down to FL to visits family. Asked for pizza and they sent me here. Pizza was ok but nothing like what NYC back home has. Stopped through Melbourne on the way to the Keys. Got this pizza delivered to our hotel. This is good mom and pop shop pizza! They even offered to bring us plates since we were in a hotel. Visiting the area and found this small local place with great food. Pizza was NY style and was fantastic!! We also had a house salad, which we thoroughly enjoyed. People are mad that they are now carry out only, but we completely understood that. It's a very small location and would be tough to manage and keep everyone safe during this epidemic. I ordered regular cheese pizza. I thought it was ok, kind of light on the cheese, visually it was light on the cheese. If I were to order again I would ask for double cheese xtra sauce and cooked more as it was too soft and light for me. My husband is from New York, and well - I am not. He really likes a good NY style pie!! I on the other hand, cannot eat dairy. I need everything that isn't pizza to be good! This is our middle ground. We have gone to other local places and the quality does not match Michelli's. I will say they are VERY busy, but it is worth the wait. On top of the great food, they have great service. The woman at the counter is very nice. They don't keep you guessing on your wait time and they are constantly informing you that it has X amount of wait time left. I am by no means a regular either! I have seen regulars come in and everyone is treated like a friend. I highly recommend this. I get the Greek salad! read more

The pizza was amazing! I was expecting good based on the reviews, but...wow! On our way up through Florida, we picked it out of the other spots nearby because it's a local spot and had good ratings already. It's located in a Publix plaza right next to the grocery store and is kind of a small spot. We called ahead and ordered the Caprese pizza. It has their signature red sauce, fresh and shredded cheese, and fresh basil. I don't know what they put it in the sauce, but it makes the pizza. My husband is particular about pizza sauce, and he loved this! Also, the crust was the right kind of "chewy" for me: not too tough to chew, not mushy, and just a little crusty on the outside. It was so fresh and so darn good! The people inside were super nice also, and that's always a plus for me. Hopefully we get a chance to stop by on our way back, but if not, I look forward to our next road trip. read more

Had the Chicken Marsala and I had a very bad reaction to it. Made me feel like I was going to have a heart Attack. I believe it was caused by them using a huge amount of Monosodium glutamate which I am allergic to. It is a cheap way to season food. When I told them I could taste the Monosodium glutamate in my mouth and I know they used more than they ever should of and asked what was in the food they just said it was a Secret Recipe. They could easily see I had a very bad reaction from the Food and my friend said do you want to go to the EMERGENCY Room. It went away in about 10 minutes but was a very scary feeling. They refused to give me even a penny off my bill!! All they said was don't order it again. Plus they had served me the wrong food. They gave me Chicken Francese instead of the correct dish Chicken Marsala. I have been going to this restaurant at least twice a week or more on the average. Also the food is served so hot and you will burn your mouth if not very careful! They also do not have regular plates because they serve your food in a to go type of Metal container when you eat there. They just lost a good customer!! read more

Came here after PizzaVola ignored us. Great little restaurant that has pizza and pasta. It's small so only a few tables available for sit down. But they come right out and serve you at table. We had pizza and garlic knots. Both great. They don't have beer but said we could bring our own in. Will remember for next time. Let me start off this review by saying that Michelli's has excellent food. One of the top pizza places in Brevard County. Their sauce is excellent, and we love just about everything on their menu. However, the reason for this bad review is due to how I was treated by one of the workers at this restaurant. My husband and I have been avid fans of this restaurant since the day they opened. Every chance we got, we would brag about this place to family and friends. When we had our two kids, the first few weeks of their life, we ordered from them 3-4 times a week because it was easy and the food was excellent. There have been times when we have received our food (via delivery) and it wasn't their normal quality or they made an honest mistake. A few times being our antipasta salad having no cheese, the delivery guy tilted the pizza and all the cheese went to one side, my husband ordered a calzone once, and when he cut in half, more than half of the calzone was bread- barely any cheese. After speaking with the pizza maker (which I believe is the owner's brother) he sincerely apologized and stated they had someone new doing the calzones. Understandable...but I expect them to fix it. All of these mistakes warrant a call to the business in my opinion, so I made the call. Well, our most recent complaint was this past Saturday when we received an extra large cheese pizza and a meatball sub. When the delivery guy handed my husband the box, the meatball sub container was sitting on top of the pizza box. My husband immediately noticed that the box was creased and folding in, but took it inside and saw that half the cheese was on the top lid of the pizza box due to it caving in. I immediately called and explained to the girl that answered what happened and she put me on hold and came back and stated something along the lines of "we can send the delivery guy back out to pick up the pizza and we can refund you. We can never seem to make you happy. In my five years of working here I have never seen those boxes do that. They are heavy duty boxes" I was so taken back. Was she calling me a liar!? And she had a major attitude to go along with it- so I told her we haven't complained in months and I could count on 1 hand the number of times we've called and complained about stuff- and it wasn't silly stuff- it was them making a mistake! We've been going to them for at least five years now and if I have called five times- that's 1x per year....apparently that is unacceptable. Most business's want to know the mistakes they are making so they can fix them. Not this girl. I was so taken back by her rudeness to a customer and even moreso- a very common customer. I finally asked to speak to the owner (whom BTW stopped and talked to us the last time we ate in the restaurant to tell us how big our kids have gotten and we mentioned to her how they should open up a bigger restaurant because they would do so well). Upon talking to her on the phone, she was clueless as to the situation and I explained it to her, and she apologized and offered a 20% discount. I politely told her I wasn't sure if we'd ever eat there again and that honestly isn't why I call and complain. I can certainly afford a pizza for my family. I wasn't looking for any handouts. As a matter of fact, I think we've used a "sorry gift" 1-2 times. I usually forget we even have one. This place isn't cheap but their food is excellent so when we get something that is subpar and not to their normal standards (which wasn't often) we would call and let them know. This girl taking the phone call just clearly think they are just too perfect of a company to ever make a mistake. Well, this was a big mistake. I don't think we will ever find another pizza place as good as this one, but we certainly can't support a company that treats their customers this way. I was so truly disappointed in this encounter and just shocked (as was my husband). I will say, that this specific employee has never been as nice as the other employee's in this restaurant. read more

Michelli's has definitely the best pizza in town, Like NY style, they are a small mom and pop pizza place which also has a regular Italian menu. Not many tables to dine in, maybe 6 to 8 but they will try to accommodate you. Big take out/ delivery place. This place is been my go to place for years. The consistency of there food is always spot on. Aside from pizza, I have tried most of there dinners and like them all. Just an FYI, there served in tin to go containers even if you dine in. If your ok with that than try them, you won't be disappointed with their food. Most dinners come with tasty garlic knots and small salad. read more
