The pizza is five stars. The garlic rolls were a little doughy, lacking flavor, just OK. The spaghetti and meatballs was also OK. Noodles and sauce pretty much perfect, but the meatball was tough and chewy as if the meat had been over worked. This will be my Go-To for pizza from now on. I was going to do my usual Friday night Bizarro's order but a friend of mine highly recommended Pherrara's. Although more expensive than other places around us, I agreed because I assumed the food would taste better and I like to support different local joints when I can. Their website made me download an app called "Slice" before placing my order, stating it makes it "easier on the customer and the shop" to avoid unnecessary fees. Easy enough. At about 5:30 PM I placed an order for one medium two-topping pizza, one order of fried ravioli, one salad, a slice of "cake", and a 2 liter soda. With tax, a 20% tip, delivery fee, and a "support local" fee, this totaled up to just under $70, which was pretty shocking (a similar order at Bizarro's or Pizza Vola would be in the $50 range, which is what we're used to and we usually get a large pie to boot). It took over 2 hours for our food, and almost 40 minutes past our estimated delivery time. Friday night or not that is just unacceptable to me given the size of our order and our proximity to the restaurant (3 miles). I was not given an update from the shop at any point. We were so hungry! When our meal finally arrived it was missing our 2 liter (which cost nearly $5, probably the most I've ever paid for a soda from a pizza place). The delivery man begrudgingly asked if we wanted it; I was not willing to wait for what would have probably been an unreasonable amount of time for it so we asked for a refund through him and the app (which I have yet to see). Despite our negative experience thus far, if the food had been good I probably would have forgotten the bad. But it wasn't. You know that old saying, just like you-know-what, even bad pizza is still pizza? Well this pizza was BAD. It was inedible to be honest. It was a NY style white with broccoli and onions, which is my go-to order anywhere that offers these toppings. I don't know if the cheese was off, the seasonings, or the clearly frozen-then-microwaved chopped broccoli (such a bummer the broccoli wasn't fresh because it makes all the difference). This pizza had an absolutely rancid taste. We tossed it after we each had a few bites because frankly, it was gross. The first time in my life I couldn't eat a piece of pizza. The fried ravioli however was tasty. The veggie salad was fresh but unbelievably small even for a side salad (and for $7!). The "cake" wasn't even cake; it was basically a cup of whipped cream doused in amaretto liquor. We'll stick to Bizarro's. read more

Some of the best food you can ever eat, if you can get it. Management is so bad it's a crap shoot if you actually get food. Randomly cancelled orders, closed during normal business hours, employees not showing up to work, ran out of ingredients are some of the reasons we have not received orders from here. Side note from the owner responding to a complaint: Thomas M. Business Owner "We have a delivery fee now because of customers who don't feel the need to tip the driver , the drive makes his money off of tips so to ensure that our employees make a living there is a delivery fee, again I'm sorry that YOU got upset over three dollars and I'm just trying to look out for my employees have a great day !" So you don't pay your drivers a living wage... use a deceptive delivery fee to supplement low tips for your drivers and then blame the customers??? Another example of great management/ownership... Horrible service As a former regular you'd think I would get half way descent service....but no, ignored the entire time and couldn't even get a refill.....brought people in and the other people said what's wrong with this place....they never come back! On the way home from South Florida, I pulled into the shopping center where this restaurant is located to walk my dog. The aroma that was permeating through the parking lot led me to go inside and test it out. My intention was just to get a slice of pizza and a soda to go but they have a $10 minimum charge on your debit or credit card. So, I ordered the chicken parmesan hero. The hero was filled with lots of chicken, well seasoned sauce, crunchy bread and delicious melted mozzarella. Since my dog was eyeballing me while I was eating the sandwich, I shared some of the chicken with her and she gives it two paws up! So, if you happen to be traveling to the Palm Bay Area or you live there, you should definitely check out this place! read more

Wow! Pleasantly surprised on how good their pizza was! We ordered 2 personal pizza, a BBQ chicken pizza and the Pherrara pizza and couldn't have made a better choice. We are from NJ, where there's an authentic Italian pizzeria/trattoria everywhere. This pizza was up for the challenge, perfect crust and the BBQ chicken pizza can beat any NY/NJ pizza! I asked for the pizza with a drizzle of BBQ sauce on top, as we have it up North, and they were happy to accommodate. Would love to come back, when we are in the area again!!! read more

Came across their name when I was looking up Pizza Hut which turned out really bad. I stopped in a couple of days later to just try a slice after reading reviews. They didn't sell by the slice but did make personal size pizzas. Ordered sausage and pepperoni and it was delicious. The crust was thin and crisp. It was awesome. Going back tonight for a pasta dish. I went here last night with my family. I would say the pizza is by far the best I've had in the area. I didn't even know a restaurant existed in this location until I was told about it. I wasn't very impressed with the pasta dishes or zuchinni but I think the pizza is superb! They also try to close earlier than the times posted on the door so make sure you call ahead to make sure you can be seated if you are looking to sit down to eat. read more

We were visiting from out of town. We saw the reviews and decided to try this place. It is in a strip plaza near I-95. We went on a Saturday night around 7:30 and it wasn't very busy for eat-in, but they were doing a lot of deliveries. They have about 6 tables for dine in. It was clean and we were greeted right away. We started with 6 garlic rolls for $1.95. They we're airy and delicious. We had a hard time deciding between the 10" & 14" pizza because we knew we didn't have any place to put leftovers. We ended up getting the 10 inch specialty pizza. It looked like it was really 12". Enough for the two of us. It had sausage, pepperoni, meatballs, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. Delicious! My family has eaten here at least once a week since we found this hidden gem. We've eaten pizza, chicken parm, eggplant parm, spaghetti and meatballs, salads. The prices are reasonable and everything is always fresh and tasty. Delivery service can be extremely slow so you are better off picking your order up. My 1st review ever! We went in at 7:30 on a Tuesday night. All (4 or 5) 2 tops were taken, but both 4 tops were empty. The girl informed us we had to wait for a two top in case a larger group came in. We have sat at the 4 tops before. My husband walks with a cane and I have back problems, so we waited about 5 minutes and left. Why should we wait in case someone walks in with 3 or more. We were passing through Palm Bay staying at the Holiday Inn and Suites. Very tired we decided to order delivery. We asked the front desk for suggestions of delivery available. We decided on Pherrara's Pizzeria. We are VERY impressed with their food. We ordered Chicken Parm, Linguini and Clam sauce, sautéed broccoli, the dinners came with a salad and garlic rolls. Pherrara's once again has made this former New Yorker very happy. Last week we had the pizza and I wrote how wonderful it was. This week, my husband and I decided to give the dinners a try. They were as good as anything we got at our favorite restaurant in Wantagh. I had eggplant and my husband had baked ziti. The dinners were large enough for tonight and for lunch tomorrow. My eggplant tasted like ...eggplant! It wasn't so over breaded that it overwhelmed the veggie. There is plenty of spaghetti with a very tasty sauce. My husband said the baked ziti was delicious and more then enough for a very hearty eater and that there was just the right amount of sauce on the pasta. Traveling to Jacksonville and stop in at 8:40pm, we asked the young lady behind the counter if we could order a pizza. She then proceeded to ask two male workers if they would serve us a pizza.
