Burnt pizza and no one would answer phone!
    Paul L.

The pizza came burnt they won't even answer the phone for slice app or us when we call no refund and dinner and frankly the night was kinda ruined call 20 minutes before closing no answer must been mad at the last delivery the quality of pizza was a go f&$k yourself attitude! Now ordering second pizza from a reputable pizza company ,thanks for the aggravation on a Friday evening...

$70 worth of food, and we tossed the pizza.

I was going to do my usual Friday night Bizarro's order but a friend of mine highly recommended Pherrara's. Although more expensive than other places around us, I agreed because I assumed the food would taste better and I like to support different local joints when I can. Their website made me download an app called "Slice" before placing my order, stating it makes it "easier on the customer and the shop" to avoid unnecessary fees. Easy enough. At about 5:30 PM I placed an order for one medium two-topping pizza, one order of fried ravioli, one salad, a slice of "cake", and a 2 liter soda. With tax, a 20% tip, delivery fee, and a "support local" fee, this totaled up to just under $70, which was pretty shocking (a similar order at Bizarro's or Pizza Vola would be in the $50 range, which is what we're used to and we usually get a large pie to boot). It took over 2 hours for our food, and almost 40 minutes past our estimated delivery time. Friday night or not that is just unacceptable to me given the size of our order and our proximity to the restaurant (3 miles). I was not given an update from the shop at any point. We were so hungry! When our meal finally arrived it was missing our 2 liter (which cost nearly $5, probably the most I've ever paid for a soda from a pizza place). The delivery man begrudgingly asked if we wanted it; I was not willing to wait for what would have probably been an unreasonable amount of time for it so we asked for a refund through him and the app (which I have yet to see). Despite our negative experience thus far, if the food had been good I probably would have forgotten the bad. But it wasn't. You know that old saying, just like you-know-what, even bad pizza is still pizza? Well this pizza was BAD. It was inedible to be honest. It was a NY style white with broccoli and onions, which is my go-to order anywhere that offers these toppings. I don't know if the cheese was off, the seasonings, or the clearly frozen-then-microwaved chopped broccoli (such a bummer the broccoli wasn't fresh because it makes all the difference). This pizza had an absolutely rancid taste. We tossed it after we each had a few bites because frankly, it was gross. The first time in my life I couldn't eat a piece of pizza. The fried ravioli however was tasty. The veggie salad was fresh but unbelievably small even for a side salad (and for $7!). The "cake" wasn't even cake; it was basically a cup of whipped cream doused in amaretto liquor. We'll stick to Bizarro's.

Pizza is amazing! If you are missing pizza from up north this is the place to go. Sauce to cheese ratio point on and crust was really good

On the way home from South Florida, I pulled into the shopping center where this restaurant is located to walk my dog. The aroma that was permeating through the parking lot led me to go inside and test it out. My intention was just to get a slice of pizza and a soda to go but they have a $10 minimum charge on your debit or credit card. So, I ordered the chicken parmesan hero. The hero was filled with lots of chicken, well seasoned sauce, crunchy bread and delicious melted mozzarella. Since my dog was eyeballing me while I was eating the sandwich, I shared some of the chicken with her and she gives it two paws up! So, if you happen to be traveling to the Palm Bay Area or you live there, you should definitely check out this place!

We were visiting from out of town. We saw the reviews and decided to try this place. It is in a strip plaza near I-95. We went on a Saturday night around 7:30 and it wasn't very busy for eat-in, but they were doing a lot of deliveries. They have about 6 tables for dine in. It was clean and we were greeted right away. We started with 6 garlic rolls for $1.95. They we're airy and delicious. We had a hard time deciding between the 10" & 14" pizza because we knew we didn't have any place to put leftovers. We ended up getting the 10 inch specialty pizza. It looked like it was really 12". Enough for the two of us. It had sausage, pepperoni, meatballs, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms. Delicious! Great food and service. We highly recommend this place.

I went here last night with my family. I would say the pizza is by far the best I've had in the area. I didn't even know a restaurant existed in this location until I was told about it. I wasn't very impressed with the pasta dishes or zuchinni but I think the pizza is superb! They also try to close earlier than the times posted on the door so make sure you call ahead to make sure you can be seated if you are looking to sit down to eat.

The ambiance is warm and inviting, and one thing that really stood out was how the waitstaff worked together as a team to ensure everyone had a great experience. Tyler, our server, was incredibly friendly and attentive. Be sure to make reservations! They open at 5:00 p.m., and because they're located near the beach, the restaurant fills up quickly with both locals and tourists. Three people in our party ordered the Shrimp and Scallop Piccata and thoroughly enjoyed it. If you choose the angel hair pasta, I'd recommend asking for a little extra sauce since the pasta tends to soak it up. I ordered the Blackened Seared Shrimp and Scallops Alfredo, and it was outstanding. The Alfredo sauce was rich, creamy, and silky smooth, perfectly coating the pasta and seafood. From the excellent service to the delicious food and relaxing atmosphere, Villa Palma is definitely a restaurant I'd recommend for date night or any special occasion. We'll definitely be back!

It has that cozy Italian feel that makes you want to settle in and enjoy a good meal. They're located in this strip mall, but walking in the restaurant made you felt like you were transported somewhere special. They started us off with fresh bread, olive oil, and Parmesan, which we appreciated. One thing I found a bit unusual was that salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes aren't automatically on the table. They do provide them, but only upon request--and it's a standard salt shaker with fresh cracked pepper. Not a big deal, but it feels like something that could have came out with the oil and Parmesan. We started with the calamari, which was nicely fried--crispy on the outside and mostly tender, though a few pieces leaned a bit chewy. The marinara sauce was straightforward and a bit plain, nothing that really elevated the dish. My wife ordered the shrimp pasta. It was decent overall, but when I asked if she would order it again, she said no--which kind of sums it up. I had the clams and linguini in a white wine sauce. The linguini itself was cooked perfectly, but the clams were rubbery, which usually points to being overcooked. The sauce leaned too sharp and acidic, lacking that balance you expect from a proper white wine sauce--typically finished with butter to round it out and bring everything together. That richness was definitely missing which added to a poor experience for me. Service was slower than expected. It took about 50 minutes to receive our main dishes after ordering, which felt long--especially for a reservation-only restaurant and we ordered seafood dishes which doesn't take long to make. Pricing also felt a bit high for what you get and sides are all à la carte, which adds up quickly without a noticeable bump in portion size or overall experience. If the food and service matched the ambiance, this would have been a much stronger overall experience. As it stands, it was decent, but it didn't quite meet my dining expectations given the pricing and reservation-only setup.

We're beachside, and the local Italian choices leave much to be desired. But, we ventured across the bridge (gasp! lol) and found our new Italian home. We were greeted seated promptly by a friendly server. The chef in the kitchen smiled as we passed. She brought bread that tasted like a homemade loaf. So crispy and full of seasoning. Not greasy. Great start! Menu selections were good - a rounded variety you'd expect to see at most American Italian restaurants: Pizza, Calzone, Stromboli, Subs, and a variety of pastas. I was pleased to see they had lamb chops, pork chops, and steak, too! Ordered Red Sangria and beer. Sangria was in a big pint and was tasty, beer was ice cold in a bottle and served in a chilled pint glass. We started with Mussels in white wine sauce. DELISH!! Tasted fresh, nothing fishy. The sauce was not too oily, either. Shared a medium Carnivore Pizza and Lasagna (with obvious intent for leftovers). WOW! Both were amazing. I loved the crispiness of the crust on the pizza, without it being so thick your jaw hurts from chewing. The meatballs and sausage were so savory, and it paired well with the sauce. The Lasagna had delicious creamy with fresh herb layers as well as incredibly flavorful meat in the filling. The sauce was amazing. I had worried because it was so... red. Like, was this just canned sauce? But in the end that is not how it tasted. It was fresh and delicious and it allowed the fillings and cheese to standout. Speaking of cheese, the cheese formed a semi-crispy crust on the top that was addictive. The noodles themselves cooked perfectly. Not mushy at all. We fought ourselves to stop. We were so full but wanted to leave room for dessert. For dessert, the server recommended the lemon blueberry cheesecake cake. She said they made it in house and we were sold. It was basically the best of all worlds! Cheesecake. Cake. Fruit. Frosting. We did not fight ourselves on this one and devoured it promptly. The server was friendly through the whole service. Lots of smiles, and not being chatty or obtrusive. The food all came out in a reasonable manner of time and nothing that made you feel like it was already hot and waiting or like you got hot waiting. Perfection. The vibes inside are quaint and casual, not fancy. But the food is what you're really there for. And it's worth it. We're so happy to have finally found our new favorite Italian spot.
