We returned with our in store credit, which I was dreading. We waited on the person behind the counter because we knew it would take time. We did need to initiate maybe looking through some catalogs to order what we would like. Afterwards we became more satisfied with what we were getting. I would suggest they post "in the store" the return policy, besides it being on your receipt after the purchase. And maybe encouraging the owner to be more giving suggestions and ideas on how can he make us satisfied with our purchase.

I then used LW&J to clean and service a rare and vintage Seiko watch. They did a great job. After this I designed a custom pocket watch to wristwatch conversion. I purchased all the parts myself, but there was some tedious custom work that needed to be done, as well as regular service. The price was fair, and the work was done well. I intend to have them create another custom watch for me in the near future. The staff has always been friendly and attentive. I will continue to use them to service my watch collection. They also have a great selection of watches from several manufacturers. I always find at least three of four other items I'd love to buy.

The clock has never functioned correctly since. unable to wind more than a turn or 2 at best. and then it would stop after a very short period of time (just a few hours) this is an 8 day clock. after a few years of not knowing what to do or who to get to work on it I was able to local another clockmaker. He was more than willing to fix it. I have now been informed that the clock only had oil sprayed on everything and nothing else was done. I was sent pictures of the oil just smeared all over the gears. it is totally disgusting. for what I paid to have this work done I was totally ripped off. If I could put a minus score I would. I would never recommend this business to anyone. if you value your time piece please find another clock maker to do the work.

Now any watch person knows Invicta does not have a great reputation in the watch world, but what would it matter if I did? The watches were still in their boxes as I had them shipped here, one is a Christopher Ward, and one is a Sangin, both smaller brands but respectable watch companies if you knew what you were talking about. Then she said she hadn't heard of them (in a snooty tone again). Which is fine if you haven't but still rude, she started to size one of the bracelets and took a few links out, but couldn't get the bracelet back into lugs to reattach it to the watch. By this time I had enough and just told her to give me my watch and walked out. Would not recommend this rude jewelry store.

I explained how much they meant to me, and was stupidly trusting and didn't take pictures of the rings before handing them over. I called after one full week and they told me they weren't finished. I called another week later, and they said they would just call me when they were done instead. One month after dropping them off with no calls, and I just went in to check on them. Only one ring was done, and when they pulled it out there was a scuff that was definitely not present when I dropped them off and very obviously the shape of a jeweler's tool. When I brought it to the employee's attention, she rushed into a rote "it must have been like that when it got here". I asked if there was anything they could do, and she actually said " you'll just gave to replace the stone". So much for sensitivity. After two more weeks, and still no calls, I went in to retrieve the second ring. I put it on, and it was a full size smaller than I had asked for. The employee said "oh your hands are just swelling"; but it was a mild temperature. No swelling. Its only been four days, and the stone in the second ring is loose. They charged me almost two hundred dollars and treated these rings like garbage, then told me I would have to spend more money to fix what they refused to admit they broke.

I reached out to The Colonial Group, located in Greensboro, NC, which has sales representatives in the local area where the insurance was originally purchased. The gentleman named J. Webster has been the person that I speak to regarding any issues I am having with my home. He then contacts Windsor Mount-Joy Mutual Insurance Company, at which time Mr. Webster submitted the claim. A short period of time passed and an adjuster was sent out to look at the damage. Shortly thereafter, we received a letter stating that Windsor Mount-Joy denied our claim and was dropping our policy. There was a significant lack of honesty from the adjuster that came out to my house, and the company automatically assumed that the age of our roof was over 20 years old, which was absolutely untrue! This company has been consistent in drafting money out of my account monthly for the cost of the 8-month plan at $85.25, which equals up to $682.00. Windsor Mount-Joy has yet to provide any type of services to our home. This insurance company is exhibiting behavior that appears fraudulent, and it is unfair to the homeowner who trusts this company. We do not have control over the weather, and we pay money to these types of companies in cases of an emergency or disaster. I will be seeking to find a new homeowners insurance plan at this point. The service from this business is unacceptable... be careful when dealing with this company!

We recently filed our first claim ever after paying for years. The Adjustor they sent out for high wind damage didn't work with or listen to the contractor we had inspect the roof. They want us to patch and replace individual shingles which will cause further damage to the other existing shingles. I received attitude and disrespect from the agent whose Name is Haley. I will be looking for a new company to insure my home. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU EVER WANT ANYTHING DONE TO REPAIR YOUR HOME AFTER STORMS. they should be shutdown and bankrupt with the behavior they have towards policy holders. Haley had the nerve to say that if we tried to do further testing and damaged the roof according to their suggestion for repairs that we would be 100% liable to pay for repairs. They are a disgusting slime ball of an insurance company. The lowest of the low. Filth. Just slimy little money collectors on policy's they never plan on owning up to and actually fixing your home.
