Neither of the 2 servers that were working cared to notice; they never apologized, and from the moment I got my food until finishing it not once did they ever "notice" that I didn't have a water. Feels like they only treat certain customers nicely, not all. I shouldn't have to ask for a water or remind them that I didn't get one, and even if I wanted to they were "unavailable". A very clean establishment! I walked in and was expecting a crowded and small restaurant, but this place is perfect & quaint. The food was delicious as well. I got the spicy tonkotsu on mild level and it was perfect for my taste! All our food came out fairly quickly as well. The service was fast and efficient and we were able to get our waters refilled right away. The karaage was well seasoned and the takoyaki was soft and savory DRENCHED in sauce. It's so good! Michi Ramen is my favorite ramen place in the east side of Vegas, in Henderson, right across from Sunset Station, just off the freeway 515, located in a hidden parking lot. Before I physically sat down to eat in Michi Ramen, I used to order online. I loved the bbq pork belly ramen, and the seafood ramen that I had before, to go. Knowing that I loved the food from my to go experiences before, we had decided to go ahead and have lunch here with my family. My daughter insisted on trying the Black Garlic Oil Ramen. It was delicious! I didn't add anything else to it, just ordered it from the menu as it was originally. Very flavorful, tasty Ramen. The noodles are medium noodles, and I loved it because I don't like the texture of the very thick noodles. It was perfect! We also had Thai Tea, which was served from a can, but it was pretty good! Service was very good. Waiter was checking on us quite often. This restaurant is not very big, only a few tables and chairs, so it can get pretty crowded very quickly. I'm happy finding this place and I'm sure I'll be back soon. read more

Are you ready for some delicious ramen?! Michi ramen store had quick service and awesome food! The server was quick and friendly and the store itself was clean and comfortable. Here's what we ordered: Fried Calamari: 5/5 Fresh and crispy! Careful it's hot! I'd wait a few minutes before taking a bite! Love the sauce! Mildy sweet and pairs well with the calamari! Chicken Karaage: 5/5 Juicy and crispy! It's mildly salted which I like! The sauce that came with it was chili oil I think so if you like your chicken spicy then you can dip it in that sauce. I'm not a spicy enthusiast so I dipped my chicken in the calamari sauce and that tasted great for me. Even without the sauce, the chicken tasted great on its own. Miso ramen: 5/5 A bit too salty for me but daughter loved it. You can definitely taste the miso but it'a not over powering either! Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen: 5/5 Definitely a new fan fav for me! The soup was smooth and not too salty. It the combination of the toppings went well with the soup base! My new go-to pick! Overall, if you're at the galleria mall and want some authentic Japanese ramen definitely stop by Michi Ramen. They have rice dishes too! Which I will definitely try next time. Unsure why this business was almost empty when we arrived, because that did no justice for the food we were about to eat. Edamame with salt for our son as that's his favorite, karaage chicken for my wife, and a bowl of Tonkotsu divided between our three offspring. I opted for the "spicy" version of tonkotsu ramen and while it isn't spicy upfront, the more you eat, the more the spice creeps in. Will have to try out their "very spicy" next time and put that name to the test. Calm vibes at this place, not extremely noisy, but not too quiet either. Overall a great meal at an affordable price. One bowl can be shared amongst two adults. The service was on point, no hovering or rushing, and we had plenty of food leftover for take home. We came in exactly an hour before closing. We asked if they could still serve us and they welcomed us in happily. The restaurant is cute with ramen stall vibes, clean tables, quaint spot. We ordered the NEW spicy beef ramen with bok choy. I went with the Crazy Spicy Pork Ramen, you can still choose your spicy level (mild, medium, spicy, extra). The broth was wonderful and flavorful. The pork chashu was the highlight for me. It was incredibly tender. The added bonus was also the ground pork it was delicious. After being the only ones in the restaurant a total of 9 more came in for take-out and to dine-in before closing. The waitress even remembered a young man's order. Don't go out to eat ramen much since they're not usually up to standards. But saw this place and the reviews so wanted to give it a shot. I'd say everything we tried chicken karage, spicy wontons, ramen... all had a little extra flavoring that made them non traditional tasting and thus off putting. Since Japanese food in general is more simple and restrained. It was OK, but certainly not very authentic or anything close to a top ramen place for me. The peach oolong tea was super nasty and artificial too, so that just added to the overall disappointment. By the end we were excited to get the free suckers with the bill to cleanse the palate. I chose the spicy ramen with extra egg and a side of kimchi and was delighted to get a very slurpable, flavorful, spicy, tastebuds tickling bowl of ramen. It was everything I was hoping it would be. This place is a gem in Henderson. Located right off the 95 S. And sunset right in the same shopping complex as The Home Dept. First the service is always been very friendly! They are attentive and pretty quick. They made sure the water is topped off and do check on you to make sure you are doing good throughout your meal. Got the chicken ramen. And honey chicken... Chicken ramen great portion and has good flavor. The honey chicken that if really good. Would recommend trying it and it's not spicy. Has been my favorite besides the ramen. It's reasonably priced. This place is the epitome of "hole in the wall" and I mean that in all the best ways. Stopped by for some lunch and were seated right away. The location is in a strip mall and doesn't give away much from the outside. Once inside it has a very nice cozy vibe and appeared to be very clean and maintained. My group ordered a few different types on ramen and I the Spicy Ramen. (This is on a scale of 4, Mild, Medium, Hot and Fire). I also ordered a Diet Coke and in traditional hole in the wall fashion was delivered a cup with ice and can of Diet Coke. The food arrived and smelled delicious but I noticed something interesting in mine...ground beef? I'm honestly not sure if it was or was not ground beef, even though it did look like meat that should be in a taco shell, but I thought I would give it a try regardless. Very tasty ramen but I got the "Spicy" ramen and asked for it to be "medium" heat just to see what that meant to them... Apparently medium is what I would consider mild at best. Tiny let down there but overall the ramen was good. And that includes the ground beef, haha. Only reason why I didn't give it a 4 stars is because they got 2 of our orders wrong. One they forgot to serve and the other was I ordered a small pork fried rice but they gave me chicken fried rice and it was the larger size. Nothing to really complain about because the rest of the food was good. It's a small restaurant so I can see it being packed for dinner and possibly a long wait, but as I mention this review is for lunch and seating was right away. Good brisket portions and flavor compared to Kung Fu Noodle next door which I felt was too skimpy on their protein portions. Also got short ribs and pork and shrimp dumplings which were delicious. Prices were also more reasonable compared to many other noodle places in town. Will have to come back to try the Japanese ramen. Highly recommend. read more

Only negative thing, which is only a personal preference: is that when I order something "flaming hot" I expect the spicy level to be out of this world. It was a 5/10 on spicy. We had the Wonton Ramen and the Tonkatsu Ramen. Both were served quickly and at the right temperatures. The noodles in the Wonton Ramen were slightly undercooked. Service was efficient. Their prices are a bit high for a bowl of noodles. We all know the 5 packets for a $1 at the supermarket - so it's hard to fathom (knowing how cheap ramen is) that adding some mushrooms, 1/2 an egg, some meat and onions justifies $15 for a bowl. Found the place through Yelp. It has a lot of hood reviews so made my way there. I ordered gyoza and tonkotsu ramen. For the ramen I added spinach and bean sprouts. The soup base was really tasty and noodles cooked nice. My only complaint was the spinach was raw and the bean spouts were cold which cooled the broth so wasn't really hot, you like the ones in Japan that make you sweat from all the steam. read more
