I scheduled an appointment to have CarMax tighten things up because their "125 point inspection" apparently does cover rotors, tires, or wiper blades. Of course this process took longer than the 10 day return window and I was just told that rust on rotors is normal, the gashes on the tires aren't deep enough to expose the wires, so we will not be addressing them. We did find that the wiper blades were worn so they were replaced and your vehicle is ready for pickup. GET YOUR CAR CHECKED BY A MECHANIC BEFORE YOU BUY!!! IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MUCH YOU SPEND, THEY WILL NICKLE AND DIME YOU.
