This dealership is ok. 1. the SUV I wanted was sold and going down the street when I got there and…read morethe second car I wanted was in the shop. Since we had rode 2 hours, I ended up purchasing another vehicle. 2.My 30-day tags ran out, and I had to keep calling them to see where they were and they informed me that the tags were there and I would have to pay $25 to get them sent in the mail or $50 for FED EX. My husband ended up riding up there to pick them up. 3. I brought my SUV 11/3/2025 for 24K, why is it still listed on their website right now 06/15/2026 for 19K and yes, it is my SUV I checked the VIN#'s. So, my SUV is still being sold for a cheaper price? If you want to get a car from here, I advise to just go to the lot and look around, DO NOT CALL they will tell you lies.

On Thursday, Apr 2, 26, I contacted the dealership regarding a 2016 Lexus LS 460 L listed at…read more$29,444. I communicated directly with a representative named "Jessica/Clarence," who confirmed in writing that the vehicle's current price was $29,444. I specifically asked about price discrepancies between listings, and I was reassured that $29,444 was the correct and current price. I also clearly stated that I would be traveling over 4 hours from North Carolina to view and test drive the vehicle. At no point was I informed of any conditions tied to the advertised price, such as residency requirements, financing requirements, military/veteran status, or other qualifications. Based on these representations, I made the 4+ hour trip to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was informed by a different salesperson that the actual price of the vehicle was approximately $38,000--over $8,000 higher than what had been quoted and confirmed prior to my visit. When I questioned this discrepancy, I was told that the advertised price only applied under certain conditions (Virginia residency, veteran status, or other criteria), none of which were disclosed to me beforehand. This information was only revealed after I had already made the significant trip to the dealership. Additionally, after refusing the inflated price, I was encouraged to consider other vehicles, which further suggests a bait-and-switch sales tactic. I believe this constitutes a deceptive and misleading business practice, as I was induced to travel a significant distance based on a price that the dealership had no intention of honoring under the circumstances.

To date June 26th we still have not received the bill of Sale paper work which is need to title the car where we live. We have repeatedly called them being left on Hold and then hung up on. I come to find out they never sent the paper work. and VA DMV does not even have record of the sale. We are getting nothing but a run around and WHERE has our money being spent. I will pursue this till the problem is corrected but don't take a chance buying a car from them. The temporary tag expires in July. Full price of the car has been paid, PLUS what for extra's Where did my money go??????????????

DO NOT buy a car from these people, you will regret it! I bought my car back in August, the AC…read morewasn't working but they told me that I could take the car, and they would order the part they need to fix the AC and then I can come back. I came in one day and they wasted hours of my time and never ended up fixing the AC because they told me they ordered the wrong part, O had to drive 2 hours back home in the hot heat with no AC!!!. I constantly gave them a call to see when they would fix the car and they would tell me the part hadn't arrived yet. Weeks later all my dashboard lights turned on and I called them and they told me to bring it in. I did and they said they couldnt find anything wrong with the car, they also did not fix my AC then. I called them for a few months and the excuse was that that didn't receive the part yet! Are you kidding me?!!! I gave them another call a few months back because they car cost $7,998 and when I check when west financial lake loans it actually was over $14,000! So I spoke to Tyler on the phone and he told me the manager or whatever would give me a call back but they never did twice!!! I failed my vehicle inspection on top of that too! I was told at the dealership that I was getting new tires before I picked up the car and I had to end up get 4 new tires because they were not good at all and I ended up doing a whole 360 on the road because the tires were bad! These people are scammers, they have been a total nightmare and they still won't make things right!!! I've spend so much money trying to fix these issues on this stupid car! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
