Difficult to write a review about the dealership when you can't get sales people to respond. I contacted them via their online website about a specific car. While their online attendants were quick (and numerous) to respond, I had requested a detailed sales agreement showing the applicable discounts and a final price. Since their advertised price contains many discounts which I did not qualify for and since the online attendant didn't realize that they offer free nationwide shipping, I wanted a finalized price before we drove the two hours to see the vehicle. Unfortunately, multiple contacts with "Jasmin", including several that were supposedly escalated, were not responded to by the sales staff. This being the case, we are not going to pursue purchasing a vehicle from them. Others have also indicated absent Customer Service responses. Upon arrival, I was informed by a different salesperson that the actual price of the vehicle was approximately $38,000--over $8,000 higher than what had been quoted and confirmed prior to my visit. When I questioned this discrepancy, I was told that the advertised price only applied under certain conditions (Virginia residency, veteran status, or other criteria), none of which were disclosed to me beforehand. This information was only revealed after I had already made the significant trip to the dealership. PLEASE READ FULLY BEFORE BUYING HERE I am leaving this review because my experience purchasing a vehicle here was extremely upsetting, and I want other first-time car buyers to know exactly what happened to me. I came in looking for a vehicle around $16k. I was initially told that they could not do that price, so I was prepared to leave. As I was leaving, I was stopped and told that they could do $16k "all-inclusive." My roommate was with me, and we specifically asked MULTIPLE TIMES whether the $16k included everything -- taxes, title, and fees. I was told yes. I made it clear that I was talking about the TOTAL amount, not simply the vehicle price before taxes and fees. Based on those repeated conversations, I agreed to move forward with the purchase. When I was presented with the paperwork, I saw an amount closer to $20k. I immediately questioned it because I had just been told that the total was $16k. I became extremely upset and left the dealership crying. Zee from the dealership followed me outside and asked me to come back. I returned after being told that the higher amount on the paperwork was related to the financing/interest and that everything was okay. I relied on those explanations and ultimately signed the paperwork. I was a first-time car buyer, and I was repeatedly encouraged to trust the process and sign the paperwork. Looking back, that was a mistake on my part. My advice to anyone buying here is simple: DO NOT rely solely on verbal explanations. Read every single document yourself, calculate the total yourself, and make sure the numbers match what you were told before signing anything. I also specifically told the dealership that I wanted to finance through my credit union because I had been offered approximately 6% APR. The dealership did NOT finance the vehicle through my credit union. Instead, they arranged financing through another lender at approximately 11% APR. The entire process was extremely stressful. Zee and Wali were the people I worked with. I was at the dealership for most of the day, and by the end I was overwhelmed and emotional. The dealership itself is very small and cramped. The small back room where the deal and paperwork were handled made me feel uncomfortable and intimidated. At the end of the transaction, I was recorded agreeing to the final terms. Being recorded agreeing to the final terms does not change the fact that I had previously asked specific questions about the price and financing. They also made a copy of my debit card. After the purchase, my experience became even more disappointing. When I contacted the dealership with concerns about the transaction, I had difficulty getting responses. During a few phone conversations with Wali, I was being talked over and yelled at. I eventually got hung up on. The vehicle was given to me with an empty gas tank and one of the headlights was not working. They also did not go over the vehcile history with me. If you are a first-time buyer, PLEASE protect yourself. I told them I could not afford 20k and I left with a 20k car anyway. Get the complete out-the-door price IN WRITING before you agree to anything. Do NOT let anyone rush you. I left this dealership feeling overwhelmed, pressured, embarrassed, and extremely disappointed. I hope sharing my experience helps another buyer avoid going through the same thing. I know the dealership may respond by pointing out that I signed the paperwork. I have never denied signing it. CarGet Motors represents everything people hate about buying a used car. I reached out no less than five times over two days trying to get a basic, itemized Out-the-Door (OTD) price for a vehicle I was ready to buy immediately. I was explicitly clear that I had funds ready, had strong interest in the vehicle, and promised to drive out to their Woodbridge lot that exact day once the numbers were confirmed. Instead of basic transparency, I was given an endless runaround. I was ignored on multiple inquiries, repeatedly promised callbacks that never happened, and harassed via text to put down a deposit before they would even put pricing numbers in writing. I specifically followed up via email with Jasmin--who was the one to reach out to me FIRST--only for her to completely ghost every single response and follow-up I sent. Looking at other reviews now, I see this is a recurring pattern with her and the sales team. When I was finally told my request had been "escalated to sales," it led right back to the same sales team that had been dodging me for days. They gave me vague numbers on the phone before casually claiming someone else magically put a deposit on the car and was coming to pick it up. Nobody was more eager or ready to buy a car over those two days than I was. Given how hard it was to get a straight answer, there is no doubt in my mind the vehicle was never available in the first place. Scam tactics. I went there looking at 2 cars which happened to not be there. There's a reason for that... they will sell a car for over market value then lower the price to bait people to come look at a car that has been sold already. I bought a 2022 Dodge Durango from them 3 weeks ago, since then they lowered the price rather than removing it from their website. We discussed it with CarGet Motors and I proceeded to leave them a review. They told us that if I didn't not remove my review that my warranty that we purchased would be void. (We weren't sure how that worked and were nervous so I did.) They were absolutely no help. They actually called us several times to reprimand us for not having the vehicle transferred. (Our state requires an in person inspection which we couldn't do because the car was in the shop.) The car spent several months in the shop. We finally got it back. I had a very disappointing experience with CarGet Motors. On June 20, I visited the dealership regarding a 2018 Mercedes-Benz C300 Coupe that was advertised online for approximately $19,000. I specifically asked the sales representative multiple times what the out-the-door price would be, and I was told it was $19,000. The dealership initially tried to finance the vehicle through their lenders, but I chose to obtain financing through Navy Federal instead. Later that same day, I was approved by Navy Federal based on the price that had been discussed. I called the dealership to let them know, and they told me to bring the check in on June 22 to complete the purchase. When I arrived on June 22 ready to buy the vehicle, I was suddenly told that the price was now around $30,000--an increase of roughly $11,000 from what I had been quoted and what was advertised online. There was no clear explanation provided for this drastic change. I wasted time securing financing, rearranging my schedule, and returning to the dealership under the impression that we had already agreed on a price. I purchased a 2021 E350 in May 2025; it was a lemon. The front bumper fell off and Wally (the fast talking liar) took it to a body shop to have it repaired. I contacted this dealership about a car at 6pm on a monday. They stated it was available. I told them that I already had an approval and they stated they could get me a better rate than I got. I allowed them to do a credit application. I did not hear back from them tili 750pm, 10 minutes before they closed. They told me I was approved and they would give me the information shortly. I did not hear from them the next day. When I called they stated that I was still approved and I asked them for the exact numbers that I am approved for. They stated that I need to talk to someone else and they would like to call me back. THIS HAPPENED 4 times. Someone will call me back. No one did. This dealership is ok. 1. the SUV I wanted was sold and going down the street when I got there and the second car I wanted was in the shop. Since we had rode 2 hours, I ended up purchasing another vehicle. 2.My 30-day tags ran out, and I had to keep calling them to see where they were and they informed me that the tags were there and I would have to pay $25 to get them sent in the mail or $50 for FED EX. My husband ended up riding up there to pick them up. 3. I brought my SUV 11/3/2025 for 24K, why is it still listed on their website right now 06/15/2026 for 19K and yes, it is my SUV I checked the VIN#'s. However, when I arrived, I was told that the car was not available because it was "at the mechanic shop due to a problem." This was never mentioned during the call I had just two hours prior, which was frustrating and incredibly disappointing. When I expressed my concern about the situation, I was met with what felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Instead of addressing the issue directly, the staff immediately tried to sell me a different, older vehicle in my price range, and then attempted to show me another car that was well beyond my budget. With financing approved and I'm an hour away and can pickup this weekend, I ask if they can drop the price and avoid the shipping. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. After purchasing my vehicle, I began having issues within days, including needing to replace the battery and dealing with warning lights coming on and off And the car sometimes have problems to start and the lights inside the car is not functioning properly I also have concerns about being overcharged for registration, title, and other fees, and I have not received clear answers regarding these charges. After I reached out multiple times for help and resolution now they have called me asking me to come in to talk about it but have had difficulty getting responses. I had called the dealer to inquire about a car they had listed and was told it was available. I made an appointment to come see the car in person within 2 days or so. I'm glad I decided to check the listing before leaving my house because the price had magically jumped up about $5000 overnight (as noted by the price history). I immediately called back and told the salesman how odd it is that the price hadn't fluctuated much in the past, but makes a significant change the night before I'm supposed to come see the car. He (can't remember the name) says there was a temporary discount and the system automatically changed it based on a date they set for the discount to end. If this were the case, wouldn't they have told me when I initially said I'll come see the car at a later date..? I didn't bother to argue, but just do with this story what you will. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE Find the car on Cargurus says it's 19500. Call on Friday, confirm the car is 19,500. When I arrived, they told me the car was 25500. They add a certain number of discounts, and you may get to the 19500 as your discounted price. After you get your discounted price, then they add a $1200 recon fee, and other fees on top of it plus a dealership fee of $1700. This fee does not cover doing tags or title processing either, that's an additional $300. Other dealerships in the area are $800. They give me a purchase order that's almost $30,000. I stayed at this dealership for over 8 hours. When I finally decided to do the deal after I talked them down some because it was so late and I had no more time to look at something else. I got the car at 21999 before 1750 processing fee. They didn't even do me the courtesy of a full tank of gas. It was literally on E. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this dealership to anyone. They were nice enough people, but their business practice of misleading customers on pricing is deplorable. As an added bonus they fucking knew I was coming for 5 days, and I had to wait 2 hours and 47 minutes for them to get the car out of the snow. He briefly talked about vehicle, said he was busy and would call me back Monday first thing with video walk through. Never called back. Left a VM on his phone Monday. Related my frustrations with no call back, she just kept wanting to set up appointment and was not listening, I'm out of state and wanted more info first.
