Duct Cleaning: 3/23/26 HERE IS AN UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS…read moreREVIEW: (MY ORIGINAL REVIEW WAS FROM JANUARY 2026) After giving me great service and my writing a well-deserved awesome review, this happened: I was moving into a new rental, and wanted DUSTOUT to clean the ducts there too, because who wouldn't?, after great service like this (it was my parents' home, originally). I was told they did the location, which was not too far from the previous location. DUSTOUT was a small company of 3 or 4 people, including the owner when I had my parents' ducts cleaned, and there was no answering service back in January. In fact, I spoke with the owner himself, who was helpful and knowledgable. In that they were a small company, I wanted to help them by making a point to give them a good review for good service. Fast forward to now, they have a whole answering service apparatus with a phone tree. Everyone loves an answering service with a phone tree! /s So I left a message with the details of the new job. They said they would call back. They didn't. I called *three more times* over the space of a week. I emailed the owner. Nothing. Crickets. I asked if they had new ownership and they said, "no". I asked for an estimate like last time, and now they tell me that they don't give estimates before they arrive. Now, one is supposed to allow them to come and they will tell you how much the job is after they arrive to do the job. (?) Who would agree to that? Not sure what to believe about DUSTOUT now. I have *still* not received a call back. I have not received an email back. So I hired another small company. I'll keep you guys posted on the job he does. I guess DUSTOUT used to be great, but I have no idea what is going on at this company now. I guess I'd say avoid DUSTOUT until they can get their act together. ***CERTIFICATION: They are no longer listed at the NADCA website as being "NADCA certified air duct cleaners" as of 3/23/26. Previously, I was told by DUSTOUT's owner that every member of their team was certified by NADCA.

Jeff Harmon of Timber Landscaping has cut the lawn and done edging and weed-whacking for me since…read morespring of 2023 and he has done a great job. He also redid my cement front porch which needed major repairs. Next he installed two wrought iron handrails on the front porch. My neighbors around me were so impressed by how hard Jeff worked, that they all hired him for their projects. Soon enough Jeff was repairing and painting a very tall chimney, installing a railing, repairing a shingled roof, and doing major leaf removal. Although our little neighborhood has unofficially adopted Jeff as our own private repair and lawn guru, I feel the need to let others know what a great job Jeff does. Jeff is a very good communicator, knows how to get the job done right even if it takes extra time, and is a man of his word.
