Do not come here. Food is prepared and served with no gloves on! Check you receipt, older lady does not apply promotions unless you "remind her" at Checkout This is what I was told by her when items where charged at regular price. I told her I informed the girl that prepared my order and she stated my husband needed to inform her as well when paying as they have so many promotions and she can't keep up with all prices and is hard for her to remember. She kept arguing we needed to inform her in order for us to get the discount. It is not my responsibility to remind you of your prices and promotional offers. They need to honor what's advertised. Customer service here is a joke. Came here on a Sunday with a group of 11, you have 3 people working and only one person helping us out. As other people come in they push us off to the side like "they want to see the ice cream too can I have you scoot to the side" I'm like "lady I'm trying to order too tf?" Then the woman that was helping us rudely replied "IM THE ONE HELPING YOU GUYS OUT NOT HER, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TELL ME WHAT TOU WANT" then turns her back on us again. Lady you didn't even get everything on our order correct.. whatever though. In the future, when you have a large group and you have 3 people working UTILIZE your co workers that way you're more efficient. The mangonada and churros here are perfection! The mangonada is the perfect mix of sweet, tangy, and spicy super refreshing and full of flavor. First time at this location, although the ice-cream was food it was over priced and the service was horrible. The lady scolded my kids just for being too close to the glass when he was trying to reach to see the flavors. She then raised her voice in front of others customers when my daughter accidentally tapped on the glass. She had attitude the whole 10 min. we were there. I held back and went outside with my kids and had my husband pay. NEVER GOING BACK!! I ordered a small mangonada which was priced at $6.50 and this is what I got. Seems like they could've filled the cup a bit more but the lady (short, gray hair and glasses) gave me the smallest scoops of ice cream. I've been to other locations in the AV and never has my mangonada looked this pathetic. Ended up paying 7.17 Go to any other location. I have ordered bionicos from here more than once but the last time I did they gave me very little fruit. I paid $11 for a mostly empty container. I was disappointed and asked for a refund before I open the container because I thought this really wasn't fair but the owner refused. My grandchildren were scolded for jumping up and down trying to see what flavors there were while I had the littlest one in my arms trying to show her the flavors. Make the trip to any of the other Michoacán's in town this one sucks, especially because the lady's demeanor was so nasty and looked like she was irritated to serve us (lady with glasses). The cueritos she put in my food were soggy and warm, I asked for extra cucumber and she put little to no cucumber. Anything they have to prepare is half-assed. So unless you want to be disappointed I highly recommend going to the other ones in town. read more
