Dude with the longer hair working at 6pm on a Thursday was rude. There were no taster cups for the flavors. The flavors aren't normal so you're just guessing what it tastes like. We ended up just leaving and going to yogurtland. We watched a group of people walk in and leave within a minute and now we understand why. The place was boring, empty, and full of dead energy. As soon as I walked in with my daughter I could smell the Clorox they had cleaned with and it wasn't even close to closing time. I admire and respect being clean Im a clean freak myself but this is supposed to bring joy to kids being able to enjoy a dessert . The two female employees one was on the older side and the other one was on the Younger side were super ocd Covid precautionary and so serious . This sweet frog used to be the place that everyone would come to grab some frozen yogurt however it has definitely changed over the years. There is now very limited seating and they have taken away the outdoor seating. In addition, you have to ask the cashier which size cup you want since it's not by the frozen yogurt anymore. Also, you're not able to grab the toppings you want. You have to ask the employee to give you a scoop of whichever item you want, which defeats the purpose of the place in all honestly. I loved adding my own toppings at my own pace. Now I just feel rushed to pick something and pay for my item. Also the prices have indeed increased dramatically. I came here for sweet frogs! And yet it was nowhere to be found! There is no seating area for it is blocked off! You can no longer pick your own cup. They ask you what size you want no longer can you scoop your own toppings, FOR they will do it for you and worst of all the most treasonous than heinous act of all! They have replace the spoons. Sweet Frogs has some great flavors that I dont see at places like Yogurt land etc. They tend to always have a couple of great non dairy options which my friend loves (serious dairy allergy) and their topping set up is stocked with all the things I love. (moshi, popping Boba, marshmallow sauce) They are probably really struggling since the theatre has been closed so, if you have a craving for yogurt, I'm sure they would appreciate the business far more than yogurt land. read more

From the moment you walk in, it is fun and inviting. The place is spacious and vibrant. After I picked up some sample cups and started tasting some flavors, I realized it was going to be a hard choice. I usually know what flavors I like, but this time every one I tasted was so so good. This was some of the creamiest frozen yogurt I ever had. Once I finally settled on 3 flavors, it was time to tackle the toppings. Decisions, decisions...Although I wanted everything in this area as well since it looked fresh and/or something I don't normally get on my yogurt, I stuck to my favs Fresh fruit and Mochi. I love sweet frog I really really do but not today. They were cleaning the place with bleach. It was very busy and their employees were very busy on a cleaning spree today. No bueno It stunk like bleach. My eyes were burning, I had a bad running nose, and it gave me a head ache. I ate my yogurt fast and left. I couldn't take another minute of the strong bleach smell. Come one guys! Wait until you guys closed! Big kuddos for trying to get the place clean. It wasn't even closing time yet and they had the whole section blocked off with the tables and chairs because that section was already mopped mind you there was no seating available and on top of that more people were coming in some people had to stand. I was leaving Magic Mountain when we smelled the funnel cake store on our way out. Their line was a mile long. I promised my kids funnels and they were gonna get funnels. We stopped at "SweetFrog" on our way home. They are a yogurt store that ALSO has fresh funnel cakes. He made them just like the ones at magic mountain for half the cost. Only $6.50 each. This place used to be my go to for frozen yogurt, but the recent changes they've made have me looking for somewhere else to go for frozen yogurt. For starters the cups are now kept behind the counter and you have to request the size you want and it is handed to you by an employee with bare hands. Not really feeling having someone's hands on the cup I'm about to eat off of, not knowing that their hands are clean. Next you are no longer allowed to be in control of your toppings. The employee puts a scoop of what you ask for and moves on asking anything else. I like being in control of how much I add. Then they have a squeeze bottle of Nutella, that doesn't actually put out any Nutella no matter how hard you squeeze it. And they will flat out tell you "you probably won't get anything out of that". So I have to ask then what is it there for, especially when the employees know nothing comes out? Decoration maybe smh? All the while the employees are rushing you and you can feel the hurry up vibe they give off. These changes are enough for me not to return. I understand Covid protocols and all that but are their changes really doing anything considering to get the toppings you still have to reach over all the toppings so they can reach your cup. read more
