I love coming here to meet people and talk. There's definitely not much space in the bar to sit but there is a small seating section inside. The music and people are great. The frozen margaritas are phenomenal. There's only a few bartenders managing an overcrowded bar, but they seem like they're doing their best. Looking forward to coming back! read more

This is my first time coming here and l'd come back again based on how friendly the bouncer was, how delicious the food turned out to be, and the two servers that waited on me and my friend one Sunday night. The vibes in here are just always good. Truly it's just a classic spot to go to for some great drink prices (we love cheap $5 drinks yasss). I've been here a few times but every other time it was either packed with people or I was intoxicated and just forgot to take my phone out, so I couldn't actually take in place and moment. While the frozen margaritas were good and the bartender was nice, the waiter was horrible. My friend and I stood outside in a corner away from the crowd talking amongst ourselves figuring out what to do next when a waiter approached us and said in a rude tone "you guys look lost". I responded saying we were fine and just figuring out our next plan to which he rudely responded "this is a gay bar" and immediately ran away. I will never forget the look on my friend's face -- who recently came out -- being essentially told by the waiter he did not belong here and neither did I. My friends and I always love coming here for inexpensive drinks! They have lots of drinks from $4-5 all day. The frozen margs are my favorite! They have added a lot of outdoor seating to expand the seating options during Covid. We came here often before COVID and are enjoying the new outdoor seating options, especially as the weather gets warmer! Their food is pretty solid bar food. I really like the buffalo chicken nachos! They don't take reservations and their formula for seating people is a bit all over the place. There is no way to put your name on a list when all the tables are full which I find really strange. I came across this bar by recommendation from Mr.Biggs bar and grill. Everyone at Mr.Biggs were very sweet. My friends and I were having a great night visiting bars in the area with amazing staff. I am visiting NY for work (NYFW) and wanted to spend my night off, out with my friends. Unfortunately when I came to the door at this establishment, the door man looked me up and down, accepted my sister, then rudely stated "I can't do it"with no explanation when seeing me. My friend and I came here after having dinner down the block. We had some time to kill before seeing a play that was starting in a few hours. We saw the sign outside that said $4 drinks $4 beers and $4 margaritas. Hmm... $4? You can't go wrong. We went inside and we were greeted right away. We were only doing happy hour, so we didn't need a table. We went right to the bar. The bartender also greeted us right away. He told us what the drink specials were. We went with frozen margaritas! It was $1 extra for a flavored one..but we went with that anyway. We both started with a watermelon margarita. Pretty decent. I got one more before we left. I went with strawberry. I liked the strawberry one better. Service was great at the bar. He continued to clean the bar area and make sure we were good with our drinks. While walking out of my Airbnb, I could not help but notice MS. The flashing lights and the crowd inside. It looked hopping and the rainbow sticker was all I needed to see to venture in. his took alot of thought to post but do not give this place your money if you are black. I went in responding for an add looking for bartenders, servers, and cooks. I went in to apply for bartender. The host and 2 servers said and I quote " omg yes, we have been looking and the manager is here". "I saw this in passing, and I should really get my resume" said. The servers are always super nice; sometimes it can get crowded so don't be afraid to flag them down if you need something. Even if it isn't "your" server they'll always help/put orders in.
