Fun place that is open late. They have live music. Walked around and a lot of places were no longer serving food. This spot was open and a lot of fun people dancing and singing along. The drinks and food were good. I had a mocktail and it was yummy. I also had Shepard pie and it was delicious. Entertainment was great. Service was amazing too. There was a $5 cover charge to enter.

We came by here for dinner on a Monday evening, which was slow. Unfortunately, the upstairs was closed off. Once seated, it took awhile for us to order our food. I opted for the Espresso Martini Flight ($40), which comes with a white chocolate, Bailey's, and classic. This was a fun drink to share with others. For food, we ordered the Bee My Honey Pizza ($23) and the seasonal Irish Spice Bag ($22). These were a bit disappointing as the pizza was pretty much a personal size. The spice bag was also lackluster for the price.

I had a fantastic experience at Haswell Green's! They have a happy hour that ends at 8pm which is very generous for the city. I also love how extensive their specialty cocktail menu is, and it includes photos of the drinks which is super helpful. The bartender was very friendly and bubbly. I had a cocktail that had gin, dragonfruit, coconut and mint which was out of this world! I'll definitely back to try more menu items very soon!

We stopped in on 5/27/26 for an early lunch before a matinee, as the theatre was right across the street. The staff is super friendly & accommodating; the restaurant itself (including the bathrooms) is extremely clean and well maintained. For cocktails, we got the espresso martini & silver screen. Both were delicious and strong. For food, we got the arancini and general tso cauliflower. Both were hot, fresh, and flavorful. The cauliflower was nice and crispy as well. We will be back!

Cool bar, definitely very loud at night. They had a live band at one point in the night which was very good. The guilty pleasure was great "pineapple rum, strawberry, lime, peach"

Tried them out since they were near my hotel in December. Quick and tasty burger if you're on the go. They also have an upstairs area that opens at a different time with a happy hour menu. The vibe was dim and the interior was decorated being that it was Christmas time in the city. The fries were really good. They were fresh and cut perfectly! I would visit again to partake in the festivities but overall good. Priced moderately. Staff was nice!

Very flavorful food, great music, open floor space, and strong cocktails! I got the curry spice bag which was basically fries with fried chicken, and curry veggies. Delicious curry and Asian fusion. They followed my instructions to a t when making my cocktail. A skinny margarita: mezcal, lime juice, and club soda! Waiters were helpful!

We were very happy with this restaurant! If you are going to see MJ the Musical, it's 10 steps away! Restaurant is cute, service was great and food was very good! The also seem to have dueling pianos but we left before that happened. I would recommend and plan to return!

Last night's dinner was one of those experiences that reminds you why you love going out in the first place. The food was excellent -- thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and worth every single bite. The service was fantastic -- attentive without hovering, warm without being over the top. And the vibe? Absolutely dialed in. The live music from Samantha set the tone for the entire evening -- smooth, soulful, and the perfect backdrop to great conversation and even better food. It's the kind of place that doesn't just serve dinner -- it creates an experience. I'd go back again and again and again.

My first stop in the NYC for a light bite. From 12-4 Haswell has select bottomless brunch drinks 30pp with any entree purchase. The brunch menu is simple with an array of small plates, sandwiches, salads, and sides. The service was quick and efficient. They have a wide variety of cocktails, beer, and wine selections. Live music (Everybody At the Bar Getting Tipsy-Shaboozy) rendition was pretty good , TVs with bar in the center of all the action. Quaint little drop in eatery. Entrees included the Brisket French Dip Sandwich which was dry, Chicken and Waffle Sliders were decent, and the star of the show, the Goat Cheese Salad, it was absolutely delicious.

I had such a nice dinner here. I had their fungi pizza which was delicious and so fresh. I was seated in a comfortable nook area and the restaurant had beautiful holiday decor for the winter season. My waitress was super nice and easy to get a hold of.

Do I need to make a reservation for brunch when it is more than five guest?

It is in the theater area and was very crowded. I would recommend you have reservations. But you might get lucky if you do not have reservations. Depending on the time you go.

If I am making a reservation for brunch, are all of the time slots for drag brunch or is drag brunch only until a certain time? Asking because I would like to book for drag brunch!

Drag show starts at 2 pm

Is a reservation needed for Thursday night live music?

    No u don't need ressie

Do we need a reservation for drinks on a Monday night?

Sorry we are actually closed for the Holiday . Please visit our sister location THE THREE MONKEYS at 236 W 54th street

Is there a happy hour special?

I don't know personally, however it does say "No Happy Hour" in the description.

Do they offer the regular menu on Saturdays in addition to the brunch menu?

I assume they do but you would have to contact them directly to ask.

Is there a bar only seating area or is it more of a restaurant?

There is an eating area but it's really about the expansive bar.

What is the hiring age for bartenders?

    21 years old

Can an 18 year old go with an x on their hand?

It's a restaurant. All humans are welcome regardless of hand status.

Can a 15 year old go at 11pm if they're accompanied by a parent?

Better call them to be sure but we went around 1030pm and they carded a 21-year-old.

Is there live music every night? And...If so, what time does it start on a Wednesday?

Yes, there is live music every night starting at 10pm. Wednesday night features our house band Imperial Cities. You can learn more about the band genres and live music schedule by visiting us online at www.haswellgreens.com/entertainment-schedule

Surrounding TVs keep every play, fight and miracle replayed in glorious surround-sass while wooden tables beg for pitchers, pretzels and conspiracy theories about the ref. Whether you're upstairs for the 3rd floor vibe, mid-level for the perfect sightline, or down in the cozy den with the best acoustics, this is New York sports bar energy: loud, a little brazen, impossibly welcoming. One particular bartender, Delaney not only brings an awesome level of energy to the bar, she saunters in like a halftime show -- a grin that's equal parts mischief and welcome. She's all quick elbows and quicker comebacks, the kind of bartender who remembers your name, your drink, and that one ridiculous story you told months ago. Taking off a star because I had a weird experience with the people at the front. I'm currently recovering from an injury and I'm in a pretty obvious neck brace. I was visiting with two people who were on their way and would be arriving in about 10-15 minutes and the people at the front told me I couldn't be seated until they arrived. I understand that this is normal protocol, but I pointed out my neck brace and asked if an exception could be made because it's significantly more comfortable for me to sit down (and there was no room at the bar). They said that their manager wouldn't let them do that, and that they couldn't seat me until the rest of my party was there. There were tons of table tables available the entire time and when my friend arrived about 12 minutes later, they seated us, I totally could've sat the whole time and it wouldn't have been a problem. Not the end of the world and I probably could've pushed it harder, but it definitely was a little awkward!

We reserved for a quick bite at Redeye Grill before catching Dog Day Afternoon on Broadway, but as soon as we walked up, some bouncer told us they were closed for a private wedding reception. We were dazed and confused because how was I able to reserve online? But the real plot twist was that it ended up being the best thing that happened. We actually stumbled into Tanner Smith's thinking it'd be the typical, boring bar-food spot. Nope. They first sat us at a hi-top by the door, but that wasn't our vibe, so we grabbed seats at the bar instead. Best decision. Our bartender, Josiah, was absolutely killing it. My cocktail had passion fruit, so of course I asked my usual question: "But is it real passion fruit?" He just nodded in agreement and that told me everything I needed to know. That drink was legit and had nice strength. The food was great too. My fish tacos were packed with fresh fish, the guacamole and salsa were chunky and full of flavor and hubs enjoyed his pastrami sandwich. I have no clue when we'll be back in Midtown, but one thing's for sure- we're sitting with Josiah again.

The shepherd's pie is insanely salty and it's very off-putting. It was inedible. I was looking forward to having it but I would not in good faith recommend this to anyone. The buttermilk tenders is supposed to come with pickled shallots and marinated green beans. We didn't get the pickled shallots or the marinated green beans, which was a shame. The chicken tenders by themselves didn't have much flavor. It also is unfortunate paying $17 for what was considered a small plate and just getting the chicken tenders. The Asian-sesame wings were okay. Also, didn't have much flavor and weren't that impressive. There was also still hair on some of the pieces of chicken, so the chicken could have been cleaned better. They have fries and hand cut fries. The regular fries were soggy. Should have went with the hand cut fries. The tater tots were okay. I was told that the chicken sandwich was good. It came with a little side of rustic chips. I would not come back for the food but I would possibly go back to try a drink if I was in the area. The drink menu looked pretty good.

They had outdoor seating along 9th ave and 51st street. We sat inside at a hightop , along their big open windows of 9th; great in between of inside and outside. Plenty of options for a big or small group, or solo! Our server was McKenna, who was incredibly attentive, we never felt like we were waiting or had to wave anyone down. The food came quickly, and was great. Nothing that changed our lives, but hot, quick, and delicious. I can see this becoming a regular spot for when we can't decide on where to go and just want somewhere dependable and consistent. Inside is like a typical Irish pub: long bar, wood everywhere, comfy high tops and booth seating along the wall. Keep in mind that it is a sports bar with TVs everywhere, so they will be playing the major sport of the season. The volume isn't too loud though, enough to hear, but don't need to cover your ears. The bottomless option on the weekend is great, 2-3 drinks and you get your money's worth. The bloody's are good quality, with a good bite of Tabasco and horseradish (I prefer that!) and the mimosas are bubbly forward (they're not skimping you with mostly OJ). The food prices for brunch aren't crazy either. Selection is a bit limited, but seeing as this is a pub/tavern, I think they have a pretty good mix. Overall, would absolutely recommend. If you have a big group, have some common sense and book a reservation, but likely able to do walk-ins for small groups, couples, or singles easily. This is a great option for laid back vibes in HK.
