We visited this bar which was near our hotel while we were in town. Initially we weren't gonna go in because we saw they had a cover charge but they were on their last set so the bouncer didn't charge us. Upon entering we immediately felt at ease and relaxed. It wasn't as crowded any more which was good because we just wanted to get one drink. We sat in the bar and just enjoyed the ambiance and checked out the band that was playing. After a couple of minutes we were given the drink menu. I got the lychee margarita and my cousin ordered the pink paloma and by far one of the best drinks I've had in awhile. I also enjoyed the company of our female bartender. She's very cool and very chill. This was honestly a perfect end to our night. Amazing drinks, amazing music and all in all amazing vibe. read more

I opted for the Espresso Martini Flight ($40), which comes with a white chocolate, Bailey's, and classic. This was a fun drink to share with others. I had a fantastic experience at Haswell Green's! They have a happy hour that ends at 8pm which is very generous for the city. I also love how extensive their specialty cocktail menu is, and it includes photos of the drinks which is super helpful. The bartender was very friendly and bubbly. The staff is super friendly & accommodating; the restaurant itself (including the bathrooms) is extremely clean and well maintained. For cocktails, we got the espresso martini & silver screen. Our first visit was for drinks and appetizers before a show. Despite being busy, the staff was incredibly kind and ensured we were served quickly so we could make our performance on time. We enjoyed the atmosphere and service so much that we returned the following night for dinner. We ordered the Margherita pizza, the Bee My Honey pizza, and the seared ahi tuna; every dish was excellent. bad service rant incoming. TLDR: Someone (manager?) who works there lied STRAIGHT TO OUR FACE and aggressively attempted to force us to leave even though we ordered food and were causing no problems I came with 4 other friends for a football game. The game starts at 3, so we show up at 2 (with a reservation) to ensure a table for the game. We ask the host and they confirm we can stay to watch the game. We order a few items and drinks. Later on, the waiter continuously comes around asking if we're ok, and we say yes. We're planning to order more as the game continues. Halfway into the game, he abruptly comes to us and says we need to leave, the table is reserved and an incoming party is here. He doesn't ask if we plan to order any more food or anything. In response, we tell him we're just about to order more food (suspecting the issue is that we haven't ordered food in a while - even though at this point our table bill is already ~$60. My friend is literally still drinking his beer). Someone else comes over (I assume the manager), and he reiterates he needs our table, someone has a reservation for it, and we reached our 90 minute time limit. First off, they're asking us to leave while my friend still has a drink in his hand? There's been zero warning so far as well. At least let the man finish his drink. Secondly, there is NO REFERENCE of a 90 minute time limit ANYWHERE. The original host had told us we can stay for the game when we entered. Thirdly, their website says FIRST COME FIRST SERVE for sports games. We tell the (manager?) all of this, and he stands his ground and says we need to leave. We then ask, can we stay if we order more food? And he says yes of course. SO HE BLATANTLY LIED TO US ABOUT AN INCOMING RESERVATION AND 90 MIN TIME LIMIT. He was also aggressive about it and not respectful at all. Of course we are happy to order more food to stay, we understand they are a business. From our perspective, we had already ordered food and drinks at this point so we didnt know that's what they wanted from us. From our perspective, we were suddenly asked to leave and give up our table. If they told us we needed to order more in order to stay, we would have happily ordered more; there was no reason to lie to us. read more

The brunch menu is simple with an array of small plates, sandwiches, salads, and sides. The service was quick and efficient. They have a wide variety of cocktails, beer, and wine selections. We went in one evening on a day when the playoff games were going on. So, the place was quite busy with football showings on every screen, but we got sat immediately. The menu options on their website and the items on the menu we had were different, and they advised that they didn't have some options available. No worries - as they still had a good selection of food. We ordered a salad, two pizzas, wings, and fries. They were all great and came out in a timely manner. The fries were probably my favorite TBH - they hit a spot I didn't know I had that day. When you walk in, there are booths to the left for cute dates. They have a bar and tables around, and then, they have a section of tables with a small stage. First time here. Nice place next to the theater I'm going to next. The decor is really pub like decor. It's pretty big place inside. Wrap around huge bar with tv's all over. If you use a credit card they will charge you 3% more. The Brisket French dip was good for the little I tasted. My fish and chips was really good. Light, fluffy and very favorable. The portions were more than enough to share or take with you. For desert I tried the Oreo cheesecake and my sister in law had the Creme Brulee. I did not care for the C.B. but my cheesecake was NY good cheesecake. Nice place to come for a 62nd birthday. There is a stage for a live band. You can look on line for the band schedule.
