I was not prepared for what I thought was just going to be another "truck stop" restaurant. I don't know if all Iron Skillet's are this way but this one had a an awesome salad bar. So I ordered a one trip deal to complement my meal and regretted not getting the all you can eat because they also had a lot of other hot food buffet style that I could have easily filled up on. Plus there were small dessert options so you try different ones. The salad bar section had way more choices that what I am used to. The decor was updated and not worn out.
