    Meatballs

I entered the lounge area and was immediately advised by Annette, that they had so many reservations so we couldn't be sat at the tables. She stated that their were two spots at the bar we could sit at and proceeded to guide me over (bf was parking the car) - I noticed their were two empty tables but when going to the bar, the second waitress stopped her and told her the bar seats were for reservations as well. This prompted Annette to tell me we would need to leave by 7, it was 5:50 at the time. I thought that was the most rudest thing to say, so I told her that would depend on how quickly the kitchen makes our food. The garlic bread and meatballs were delicious but the stroganoff was not that great - the meat was very chewy and the noodles seemed under boiled. Our tiramisu was pretty good as well but I'm sure it's not made in house. I also had the worst glass of Riesling for $9 - the brand is Kendall-Jackson and per google, that's a $16 bottle, cheap wine should not be priced as such per the glass. We agreed the meatballs were a good decision to add on or I would have felt like I had wasted $60. Honestly, it feels like I did anyways. We left around 6:30 and a couple who had been sitting next to us had already left so their were now four free seats at the bar and two empty booths - for the many reservations of course. Just to point out, the lounge area isn't big enough to hold "so many" people, theirs literally 10 tables and 6 bar chairs - where would the "so many" be seated? We agreed we would take future orders to go IF we wanted the meatballs again or to try something new but this place was out of the way, so that may not happen.

2 for 2! Love this place! We are big fans of Terre Haute local restaurants like Terminal and Bar Bosco. That being said, this place tops them all. Food and beverage is 10/10, and the service both times has been excellent. So glad we have a great recommendation for our visiting guests!

Amazing! We have never been here and weren't sure what to expect. Authentic Italian and the staff is so friendly. The food was amazing and the noodles were fresh and flavorful. Such a sweet vibe and nice atmosphere. Will be back again and again

Homemade pasta was excellent! I had the veal piccata and my husband had the pasta bolognese. Drinks were good. Desserts looked too good to pass up so we took them home. Lovely atmosphere. We were there late afternoon so it wasn't busy but I'm sure it is later.

Excellent service and good when we came in on Friday. Staff was attentive and explained the menu, giving good suggestions since it was our first time there. The portions are worth it and everything we tried was delicious. Ambiance was really cute. They have murals on the walls and their complementary bread was seasoned very well.

Concrete blocks with names written in marker and smells of a musty basement, but the wine flows and the entertainment is like no other. She may sit at the piano and play a little song, tell some jokes, or pose you for photo shoots. I've been a couple times now and it's always a great time! I don't even know if we got her real name. You get a wine glass and 5 tastes for $12. I think I ended up trying 7 because there were I few I didn't like so she switched them out which was really nice. They do not make any wines themselves. You are just trying various wines which at first was a bummer but it was nice to try some new ones I hadn't had before. We had 2 dry wine people and 2 sweet wine people and they had a lot for us to try. This place is downstairs from an Inn. It's a little dark as it's the basement but once you get used to it it's not bad. You feel like you are in a wine cellar. The only bad thing is there's no restroom. I don't know how or why but there really isn't one you can use. Not fun when you are drinking but luckily the courthouse had theirs open.

On the contrary, it's a bright chic space adorned with a hodge podge of dmismatched chairs and tables. A collection of books lines the walls. The space is filled with soft music playing from a record player, with a modest but venerable collection of vinyl ranging from the orchestral works of Jean Sibelius to Snoop Dogg. If you know Cafeteria & Company or the Broadway Food Hall, Analog is owned and managed by the same group. If the excellence in service within those establishments was to serve as any precedent or standard for what was expected of Analog, I'm pleased to say that Analog did not disappoint. The server behind the counter was attentive and generally knowledgeable about the wines. You'll see the wines and several tasting notes along the wall. Service is quick and provided with a smile. While I would have appreciated some varietals apart from your typical cabernets and sauv blancs, the wines offered were of great quality and value. Of the ones I tried, the 2015 R. Stuart Pinot Gris Big Fire was especially nice. All in all, Analog is a great addition to downtown Urbana and serves as another viable community gathering space. As was alluded to in the beginning of this review, I walked out thinking about how nice it was to enjoy a drink while being able to see my friends in bright lighting and not having to yell over loud music. If you're looking for a relaxed and non-intimidating space to enjoy wine, whether in company or solitude, this is the place to be. PS: Please expand your hours!

I was so glad to see him be our server. He is genuinely nice and might be one of the more efficient servers I've ever seen. He quickly connects with his customers. I opted for their Mogger Salad but substitute the crumble cheese for shredded. I'm not a fan of blue cheese crumbles. Wife had chicken on rice with some very good mushroom sauce. Pretzel bites and beer cheese for appetizer and bread pudding shared for dessert. My wife discovered their beer cheese is excellent on baked potatoes. We joked with server that they need to have tat as a side option. He said he'd "promote" and also have a talk with manager/chef (Dalton?) We left very fulfilled!! The setting is always quiet and comfortable. But we go through mid-week. Weekends with winter sports and such can be a little more lively...if that's what you like. Kudos to them for 30 years.
