For a second I thought this could be a virtual business and they only open when they get a booking. No excuse for not having an answering service if that was the case. So then I contacted the business directly through email and the owner got back to me immediately saying they had issues with the phone line. Understandable in my book since they just opened, so I let it slide. I finally had someone call me to make an appointment and I was happy. Went in and had my first 30min treatment. Great staff and the results are exactly what I expected. I went in for another treatment and that time I had two back to back sessions for 1hr. Again, great results. I call back to make the remaining appointments for my sessions and guess what the phone is off the hook again. I called day after day and then went onto their website to request an appointment to see if that would work.... and nothing. No response. I did that for a good month on and off. I know a lot of little med spas pop up and then shut down so I wasn't surprised. I called Groupons customers service and told them what happened. The customer service representative put me on hold and called the number provided on the business page and the same thing happened to them with the busy signal. Groupons kindly issued me a refund for the remaining sessions owned to me. I made the initial purchase last year in September and just for fun I tried calling the business again because I knew I was going to write this review finally. Same thing, you immediately get a busy signal and then the system hangs up on you within seconds. Shame on you Perfect Image for scamming so many people out of money who pre bought package deals.
