Instead of helping, they inflated the invoice, made promises to "work with me," and then abandoned those promises the moment it mattered. While I was still trying to understand the charges and negotiate in good faith, they sent my account to collections. No warning. No compassion. Just pressure. The collection agency demanded the higher amount, even though the contractor had already issued a revised final invoice. It felt like I was being punished for simply asking for fairness. For more than six months, this situation weighed on me every single day. The stress, the fear, the feeling of being trapped between two companies who didn't care about the impact on my life -- it was emotionally exhausting. I felt threatened, cornered, and completely alone in a process I never asked for. I eventually paid the settlement just to make the nightmare stop, but the emotional toll was far greater than the financial one. No homeowner should ever be treated this way. He helped me to submit a hail damage claim to insurance company. Public adjuster from my Insurance company came for inspection, but he forgot to show up on that day. He said that he misunderstood with different date. Insurance company ended up denying the claim based on the fact that they didn't see any proof of hail damage on my siding, roof, gutter. I called and he promised to help me to dispute and reclaim by creating supporting docs such as pictures, etc.. He disappeared about for a week and a week later, I called and you know what he said? He said that he would need to step away from this in middle of process. He was saying that he is closing this business? This company is very rude and unprofessional. This company is nice and very responsive until your claim is denied by your insurance company. They don't care about customer's claim history, they just make customer to submit a claim based on luck or 50/50 changes of gamble.
