Before they even took official measurements, we discovered major electrical issues in our home that were so dangerous they nearly caused a house fire at 2 a.m. on a Sunday night -- June 30th. Because of this, we have no choice but to sell our home for the safety of our family. Our house has turned out to have multiple hidden dangers -- bad plumbing, a failing roof, poor doors and windows, and now electrical work that was not up to code. My husband is an active duty military member, and we trusted Mr. Rogers Windows because they claim to be a "military-friendly" company. But when we explained our urgent situation and asked to cancel or at least transfer our contract to our new home -- something that should be reasonable since they haven't done official measurements or ordered parts -- they outright refused. Instead, they told us we'd still be forced to pay the entire $28,000 balance before we can sell our home. We are doing the right thing by making sure the house is up to code for the next family, because no one deserves to feel unsafe in their own home. All we asked was for a little understanding and flexibility from this company that claims to "support" the military. We are heartbroken and feel completely abandoned by Mr. Rogers Windows. They have shown no compassion, no willingness to help, and absolutely no loyalty to the military families they say they support. I do not recommend this company to anyone -- especially military families who expect honesty and understanding during hard times. We just wanted someone to care enough to do the right thing, and they chose not to.

Mr. Eric Fox was our Sales representative. He arrived on time, had an ID, introduced himself. His Sales presentation was excellent and was a credit to this company. We invited him back in and proceeded to make the purchase. The crew led by Mikey, Ivan and Arrow arrived on time. They began to remove the front complete front door in closure and one did the same to the Kitchen Window. The men arrived on time, producing ID, introduction and worked diligently. In a reasonable amount of time for such a large job. When finished, carted all my debris away as well as cleaned the area. The new addition to our home made the Wife very happy . i noticed a few issues with my Linear garage door opener: 1) it wouldn't hold the garage door open;…read moredoor would drop a few inches, which would interfere with my LifeStyle screen door. 2) the motor sounded like it was struggling; a loud brushless motor hum. 3) the 8-foot rail was creaking; silicone lubricant didn't help. i reached out to Mike and sent him videos of the issues. he said he could troubleshoot it, but i mentioned i didn't want to deal with all that; i just wanted a new garage door opener. he recommended a couple wall-mounted units. i chose the LiftMaster 98032. it took Mike under 2 hours to remove the old setup and install the new one. it's nice not seeing that 8-foot rail anymore. with the new opener connected directly to the jackshaft, the system is noticeably quieter, too. the automatic dead-bolt and backup battery for continued use during power outages are great features. i also like the motion sensor that turns on the lights during those quick trips into the garage. the myQ app has a better GUI than the Linear app. upon registration, myQ offered a $5 smart camera for monitoring inside the garage.
