It took eight minutes before someone brought water. Asked about food for the diabetic and was told "sorry the kitchen is closed." there was a tray of food setting on the nurses counter. I asked why it was there and they said somebody went home before dinner was served. I asked if my relative could have it and they said yes. It was obviously not a diabetic meal. But at least it was food.

Then one day, she was gone and they set me up with a new doctor whose bedside manner was Horrible. I've been on a good regimen of meds for 20 years, I do not want to change them. This doctor refuses or just doesn't care that my health has improved drastically in the last 10 years because of the meds I'm taking. Refusing to fill a patient's meds after 20 years of the same meds is ridiculous. Apparently he's not even a doctor? Customer service?There is none. The people answering the phones don't know what they're doing. I'm so dissapointed. I shouldn't have to call for a week to try to get my meds. Their corporate office is the same number you call to make appointments as well, which is odd. I'll be searching for a new medical doctor in the New Year. Good luck at this place.

They took a sample and told me it would be sent to a lab but failed to mention OR CARE TO NOTICE that they were sending it to an out-of-network lab for Blue Cross. Because of this, I have been hit with a $491.20 bill (originally $1,403.60) from the lab... for a UTI check. Of which Prompt Care never even followed up with the result(s). Also, they STILL have not billed my insurance for the actual visit. Today is May 4th. (They took my BCBS card and my co-pay, so they knew what insurance I had.) I called to address both these issues with them, left a message with the receptionist, and never received a response. It has now been over two months with zero follow-up. This place shows complete disregard for patients' financial responsibility and basic communication. Sending labs out-of-network without telling patients and then ignoring calls is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise avoiding this clinic! The Nurse Practitioners are always down to earth and compassionate. The triage nurses are so great my son and I have been frequent fliers lately between ear infections, sinus infections and COVID. Sometimes I will make an appointment but others times we just walk in. The office is always very nice and put together. The staff we have encountered which is most of them have all been so kind and patient. I as a parent never feel that my questions are below the health care providers pay grade.
