She discussed it with him and he agreed to come out to help. He texted A to our timeframe that he expected to be here, and he actually came on the earlier side of that tanning frame. He fixed the problem within less than a half an hour. Receptionist was kind and friendly and very helpful as well as was the technician. They were very helpful in explaining details, what the situation was, maintenance going forward that I could do on my own, as well as general polite conversation. My situation for repairs went very well. I was very surprised and grateful. I expected it to be a rough day with no AC, and possibly none for days. However, the situation for once turned out very well.
