It is a used car and there's usually a reason people trade them in. I personally have not had any issues with them in the past. It's a nice place and everyone is always friendly. I purchased one car from them and have use the service department quite a lot over the years. The service department has always treated me very well. I am still thoroughly enjoying my 2024 Mustang Premium Bronze Edition. My only gripe with this car is the paint. That's more a Ford problem. It looks quite a bit different from when I bought it a little over a year ago. My Car Now .... I have added a supercharger, alot of carbon fiber, and lowered it. Before I drove over, I called and talked to Chip, the owner, and we set up a time for me to come by and test drive it. When I arrived, Chip had the car ready with keys in hand. There was NO pressure, no micromanaging, no hassle. I test drove the car, did my own once over, and then took a few minutes to think about it. All with no hovering by Chip.
