He called back within the hour and came out that same evening for his last call of the day. We have lived in our house for over 40 years and have had numerous companies to clear our sewer drain every one or two years. I was impressed from the start. Joshuah (the owner) called and said he finished his previous job early and arrived 1/2 hour earlier than he stated. He is professional and polite. He listened to our previous experiences before making a judgement as to how to correct the problem. He decided to go down into the sewer from our master shower drain as it would give him the best angle to remove a very clogged sewer pipe. In a short time, he was successful and ran down a lot of water to make sure it was open. That night, after our use, it backed up again. We texted him and he immediately returned the text saying he would be out the 1st thing the next morning (Saturday). He showed up right at 8am as he stated. He cabled again, a bit more aggressively and had it unclogged within the hour. He had the same friendly, professional, upbeat attitude. With a 60 year old sewer pipe, we are finally going to have it repaired to avoid this constant problem.
