The staff are pretty good at rotating customers through, but you can still wait few hours pending time of the day. I've always purchased Tesla tires here. The gentleman who helped me looked out for my best interest in sourcing the best, yet most cost effective tires. We were able to put in an appointment and come get my tires swapped out seamlessly. An off-the-cuff estimate was $2500+ It was a condition I was aware of... just brake seals, not axle seals. They were leaking on the inside of the RR back tire, and rather than be honest or investigate further, they took me for a fool and threw rear axle seals in the mix, a $2500 repair that wasn't needed. I'm 100k further down the road and my axle seals are still fine. The blonde old hippie is a shyster, and his squeaky mouthpiece at the desk is just a minion. I went there because I thought they did good, honest work. But this was my last day ever since... can't re-build that kind of trust.
