I brought my vehicle to Midas for a state inspection and was incorrectly rejected for a tag light and motor mount issue. After leaving, I found the tag light was working fine. When I mentioned it, they said the technician was new and apologized. This experience left me frustrated and wary of their recommendations. I spent several hours in the waiting room while waiting for some repairs to my vehicle. The staff was very nice and professional. There were some repeat customers. I did not see anyone trying to up sell like many places try. They showed issue before starting the repair (bushing needed to be replaced as well as brake shoes and draining the brake fluid). read more

I paid 207$ for 2 bolts to get taken out of my exhaust manifold because they had snapped and I didn't have the tools to do take them out. I also only brought in the exhaust manifold. They didn't have to do any extra work. I could've bought tools for 30$ to do it myself but I figured I'd get it done without having to buy the tools. it took under an hour. I'm never coming back to this place. I feel bad for other people who are getting scammed by their prices. read more

The customer service, and the professionalism at this place cant be found anywhere else. I had a good impression of this place when I have taken my car for an inspection about two years ago. My car this time it was not running properly, and had an engine code. The staff ran the tests on the car, and basically they will not hand it over until they have figured it out. I mean this is a true sign of dedication, the staff wanted to hand back my car in a good running condition. They have not only fixed my car, but they were extremely patient and communicative about the whole experience. My car currently it is running great, and no where else could have done the amount of work like this place. I have taken my car to many different location for basic services, and I can tell you that this place like to run things by the book. Which is refreshing because many other places would like to rip you off. Trust me it happened to me previously at different mechanic shops. I highly recommend this location, because you have a very professional mechanics, and with an excellent and communicative staff. read more

I am not happy with their service. Went in for alternator. Paid for it. Drove 50 feet and had no brakes. Brake line was broke. Had to pay an additional $300. I thought they were liable. read more

I have been taking all my vehicles to Midas for over 20 years and in the last 2-3 years they have changed hands several times. Recently moved too my 98 Ram in for inspection. I knew it had issues lower ball joints and muffler hangers needs replaced. Upon failing the inspection I was told about the two forementioned issues and it would cost $1500.00 to fix the 2 problems. $900.00 for the lower ball joints and $600.00 to put hangers on the exhaust. They also called me to ask me where my brake release was I told them it says brake release right on the handle. I had to show them. They also didn't close my hood and it flew up on my wife while taking it home I found a mechanic ASE CERT. Who will do the ball joints for $375.00 and hangers for $150.00. Midas will never touch another one of my vehicles again. They lost a 20 yr valuable customer. I do not recommend Midas!! RIP OFFS read more

I did like this auto shop until my most recent encounter, I brought my car in for a diagnostic, it wouldn't start. They said they replaced a few parts but got nothing. After about a week, Shanon called me and told me the car was ready, the fuse box was the problem and they've replaced that fuse. they said they test drove it, it's all good to go. I pick up the car and maybe make it 0.2 miles out before the car shuts off completely. So I got towed back to Midas and they're next guess is I need a $7,800 wiring harness. Very frustrating, I'm curious as to why I just paid $1,000 for a replacement of a fuse box that did nothing. I'm curious as to why Midas didn't cover the tow truck. And I'm curious as to why when over the phone, I was told they test drove the car, but when I arrived the "trip A" miles counter read 0.6 miles. (It resets everytime battery is disconnected) that means the car was driven a total of 0.6 miles including the 0.2 I drove, since the battery was connected. because if Midas actually test drove it, the car would have turned off on them. And they would've had to deal with the towing. Idk why I paid $1000 for the wrong part, idk why I'm test driving my own car, and idk why I'm paying for the towing. read more

I got there before my appointment and they checked me in and had my car in within 5 minutes. They checked everything and even helped me with an extra service of rechecking my tires for me and they did it no issues. read more

I had a muffler and tail pipe replaced, they got my van in right away when i arived. They work fast, in and out about 2 hours. Work seems solid, drives much better. A little pricey at almost $285 but they did honor my coupon and didn't try to push any extras on me. Also super polite and helpful at the desk and on the phone. they don't follow state inspection rules they will fail one vehicle for moisture in a fog light that still works but will just scrap a inspection sticker off in parking lot and install new one in a matter of 3 minutes I would not trust them read more

We had been to this location many times previously with our 3 vehicles. Recently took my 2014 Chevy Cruze is due to rough idle and lack of acceleration. Upon walking in, all of the employees, at least up front, seemed new. We were told about a diagnostic test (which we had never had to pay before). After leaving the car, we got a call explaining that the repairs would be a little over $700. They had always been very honest with us before, so we gave them the go ahead. But upon talking things over with my husband the price seemed high. We called the local Chevy dealer as well as another local shop. The dealer wanted $380 for the repairs. While the shop wanted $250. Why is this twice as much as a dealer when historically the dealer is always more. When picking up the car my husband spoke to Grant. There was clear lack of concern. Only was said he couldnt control the prices there and would pass our info along to the owner. My husband also called the owner and left a message. A week later, still no call back from him. They have clearly lost our business. But after this last visit, I'm not sure that they are concerned with that or there would have at least been a courtesy call back. read more

do not go here! i went and had my oil changed. i asked to have my tires rotated. i marked my tires with marker to insure that the tires were rotated. when i paid, i asked if the tires had been rotated, the manager looked at my order statement and he told me yes. when i checked my tires they had not been rotated. i told the manager and all he said was "sorry, we make mistakes". he told me that i would need to wait an additional 1/2 hr to have the tires rotated, or, i could get a discount on a future oil change. i waited. i will not go back because they treated me rudely and how can you make a mistake and not rotate the tires, it was cleary written on the order form that the tech looks at??? read more

The service is poor and the staff is rude. Made an appointment for an alignment and they had it up on the rack. Came and said I'd have to come back on Monday to pick it up. (This was a Saturday). When my husband questioned this, the guy was very rude to him. So Yale's, my husband was rude back. They do not treat customers nice. read more

The end of the month had snuck up on me and I needed my vehicle inspected. The staff was friendly and fast. They took my Nissan right in and got started. The waiting area was neat, stocked with magazines had wifi and even had a TV on. Got my sticker and I was out in the door in no time at all. Highly recommended! read more
