    This is the free replacement they did at the Murfreesboro location.

    My 2012 ford Fusion needed a new catalytic converter. After a month, the catalytic converter was clogged already. The manager Blake hung up in my face yesterday because they knew they was getting off at 6. I went there to tell him he didn't have to hang up in my face I was asking questions about the work that was done. I called him back from two numbers. He kicked us out the store saying he wasn't going to work on my car and I need to take it to Antioch location since the mechanic knows more. I wouldn't recommend this location. The mechanics from the shop laughed at there store manager in disbelief from his childlike actions. What manager snatches their business cards away without something shady going on at the business? I wouldn't give them a star. financing $1438 for my catalytic converter to be replaced for a third time. Wish me luck. They don't have no sympathy at the broad location. As that store is under new management

    2009 Honda Pilot

    Had my car taken in on the 6th of this month to figure out what was going on with it and was left for two days and was told that it was fixed. I came to pick it up that second day and it had broken down not even a mile. Called Midas and the guy who worked on my car helped me get it back to the shop to perform another repair on it after having to pay upfront. Then I was told today of the 10th that it was fixed and the guy told me that it was because of an electrical issue but just handed me the keys and didn't apologize once for the time I had to waste. Once I left this place for the second time, it had broken down again. Had to pay over $2k to have this looked at and they wouldn't give me a refund for not fixing my car properly. Instead they just laughed in my face. Such an unacceptable behavior. If you can't fix my car then just tell me that instead of being lazy and tired of fixing on it. Don't get your car fixed here. All they care about is trying to scam you and make you look like a fool.

Long Version: If you have a minute to stick around, let me tell you my story so you will know how awesome this place is..... Roughly four weeks ago, on December 15, 2023, I drove from NC to Murfreesboro to spend a couple of days with family in the area. I was supposed to have a really quick turnaround. During my drive to Murfreesboro, I had a light turn on in my BMW X3 regarding my coolant. I arrived in town Friday evening and the following morning, I took my vehicle to BMW of Nashville to have the coolant checked/refilled. While my vehicle was at the dealer, they identified a leak and completed further diagnosis to determine the radiator hose needed a replacement - this was the primary radiator hose on top. The quote provided to me by the dealership to complete the repair was egregious compared to the average cost for this repair. The cost was FOUR TIMES the average cost of replacing a radiator hose. I immediately began exploring other options which is where Chris comes into play. I called ATL Total Car Care and explained my situation and the needed repair. We talked through it and Chris was willing to help me and take my car in, the same day, to assist. Chris did not have the hose that I needed in stock but said if I could purchase the part directly from the dealer, he would still handle the repair. So, with Chris' idea, I was able to pick up my car from the dealer, purchase the necessary hose directly from the parts department, and then headed to Chris' way! They close around 2 pm on Saturday from what I recall. Chris took my car in around 12:30 that afternoon - he and his team stayed past closing time to complete the repair. The team waited for me to come and pick up the vehicle and close out afterward. Outstanding service. Affordable pricing. Good People.

I have a 2017 BMW and have brought it to this location repeatedly since February for ongoing cooling system issues. During that time, multiple components were replaced, including the radiator, hoses, water pump, and engine coolant outlet. Despite this, problems continued, and new issues developed immediately after repairs. Most recently, after cooling system work, my air conditioning stopped working properly. It would only blow slightly cool air while driving and would get warmer at idle -- a clear change from how it functioned before the repair. When I brought it back, I was told the A/C expansion valve needed to be replaced due to "high pressure." However, when I asked for actual pressure readings or any concrete diagnostic data to support that conclusion, none was provided. The explanation remained vague and was not backed by measurable values. I also asked whether airflow-related issues had been ruled out (such as the cooling fan or airflow across the condenser), given that the symptoms were worse at idle. Again, no clear or detailed answer was given. I specifically requested confirmation that the cooling system was vacuum filled and properly pressure tested after the prior repair. While I was told verbally that it was done, there was no documentation provided to verify it. A major concern throughout this process has been communication. When I sent detailed follow-up questions by email, they were not answered. Instead, I would receive a message that the vehicle was ready for pickup, without any of my questions being addressed. I also contacted the owner directly, as he has suggested in responses to other reviews, and did not receive any response. The only documentation provided after each visit was basic invoices listing parts replaced, with no meaningful technician notes, diagnostic detail, or recorded test data. For a vehicle with repeated and interconnected issues, this lack of transparency is a serious concern. While the car is currently operating normally after the latest repair, the pattern of repeated issues, unsupported diagnoses, and lack of communication made this a frustrating, expensive, and time-consuming experience. Based on my experience, I would not feel confident returning here for future repairs, especially for anything requiring detailed diagnostics. I would strongly recommend that others ask for clear diagnostic data and written confirmation of procedures before approving any work.

Unfortunately, the repairs were too extensive, as well as expensive for us to take on. However, Tom was incredibly helpful during the entire process. He kept us updated and informed on the best way to move forward, specifically since we were dealing with this from a different city. He made me feel like we were in trusted hands and even helped us out by clearing our things from our car before it got towed away. Even in a not so great situation, Tom made things much easier for us, and we greatly appreciate him!
