I took my son's car in because the radiator decided to explode. $660 and less than 24 hours later, all of the radiator fluid was leaking again. I took it in again, and suddenly there is a problem with the fan. I think it's a problem with the chain of stores. When I took my other car to a different Midas, I spent almost $2,000 and had to get it fixed three different times. At another Midas, they had my car for over a month and charged me a couple of thousand for a problem that started happening again within a couple of weeks. I'm thinking the universe is trying to tell me to stop going to Midas. I go because I have a credit card I can use. read more

Ok, the work these guys do is good. Oil change no problem , brakes no problem. The work is solid. However, the guy that runs the place is not the greatest front man. Today he was especially unprofessional I scheduled an appointment for 11am, I get there at 1040am. He said to me your early, I said to him better early than late. He replied not today. We are really backed up... So why did I scheduled an appointment??? He told me I could Wait an hour or I could come back. I told him I would come back. I return and he gets my info and starts my work order, while talking bad about his employee's ( who are working hard and doing a good job). Then he starts talking about gambling and dropping the F bomb. Seriously. I would give this establishment more stars if the front end people were not so unprofessional. I suggest the owners Dylan and Hurley Hatch look into this. read more

Got a groupon deal that said I would get a synthetic blend oil change. Not so fully regular oil and he acted surprised when I was upset. Manager said I could pay more to get a synthetic o change. I would advise anyone to clarify up front. read more

Went into this shop for radiator flush, Had appointment set for approximately 11:00 am, Scott the manager became confrontational obnoxious told him to relax 3 times, He Said I didn't book there blah blah blah, It was no big deal to me that I will figure out the shop I called he said I called 43rd ave location probably,.. which was in fact who I did call, Zero customer service skills total attitude..Went over to 43rd Ave much better result, Scott don't forget to take your meds before work. read more

Quick service. They let me know of issues i had with my car regarding my lights. Jeff was so nice, not only did i get $10 off my oil change, he sympathized with me that i wasn't able to get my brake light fixed today, he cared more about my safety and just did it anyway for me and i am so grateful. Needed new tires and an oil change on my truck. Called ahead of time to schedule appointment, shop was busy but the manager jeff was quick to fit me in. These guys might be good when things go well, but if they don't SCREW THE CUSTOMER. Went in for an oil change. Had an appointment at 8 am Other car came and went while they were changing my oil. Of course found a 1500 dollar problem on my axle, (I specifically said oil change only don't do anything else). Told them I wasn't going to fix my axle. still over 30 minutes to get my car to me. Total time at Midas: 90 minutes. When I complained, I was told not to come back! WHAT!!!! I'm a pretty darn patient person but when you spend my time fiddling with MY car when I needed an oil change, pretty darn sure the company is the problem. They were pretty snotty with another woman earlier, treated her like she knew nothing when she could hear something wrong with her wheel. If you're a woman, steer clear because the guy running it on Saturdays obviously has a problem with women. P.S. I used to go to a Midas down on 19th for over 5 years, never ever had a problem. I had one really bad experience here, and two really good ones. So I'm giving it a three star review. If I have another good experience, I will add another star. Overall her services quick and friendly. And they've always try to help me save as much money as possible. My bad experience was because it took over three hours when they told me it would take one, and I had to turn around and go right back because they had messed something up. But people make mistakes, and with another good experience, I will all but forget that first one read more

Made an appointment to get my oil changed at 8am on june 2nd. I asked them how long it would take Ryan told me 45 mins. So i scheduled it for 1030am. When i got there at 10:15 Carlos greated me. Told me it would be 45mins to an hour and 10 mins top. I was fine with that! What i was not fine with. Is my car did not get pulled into the garage until 11:45am. AFTER someone else's car got pulled in that showed up 30mins after my appointment time. (an hour and a half after i got there. For my set appointment time.) when Carlos seen that i was getting agitated he explained "sorry as you can see we have to hold their hands around here or nothing gets done" i was sooooo appalled at this point. You are a team whether you own the place or you just got hired. As a manager myself. I would never talk about my employees in that manner. Especially to a customer. By the time i got my keys and left it was 12:45... I will never return. Nor will anyone else i know. 2 and a half hours for a quoted 45 min oil change. Had they been honest to begin with. It would have been fine or i would have went else where. read more

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!! I took my car to get a simple oil change. 3 hours later it was ready. I picked it up and it had a HUGE crack in my windshield!! I called back and spoke to Chris who told me it was already there when I dropped it off. Told me a manager would call me tomorrow. Nobody called me. After calling back twice I finally spoke to George who said it was probably because I parked it in the parking lot (where they told me to park it) and someone must have walked by and hit it with a baseball bat. HOW ABSURD!! I told George to figure out what happened and he called me back a day later and told me that they have no notes of it being cracked and unless I could prove it they weren't doing anything about it. I called back and spoke to Chris and he said no he said they DID NOT note that. WHAT A LIAR!! We had a ten minute argument about how it WAS cracked when I dropped it off. THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME!! Terrible customer service and how can they crack a window during a simple oil change?!?! NEVER GO HERE!! read more
