Had a muffler replaced. Well, when I arrived to pick up my truck and discovered that the new muffler was no longer visible from the side of the vehicle, it became immediately clear to me of just how "bad" of a job the previous installer had really done. (not supposed to be able to see the muffler hanging down from the side) Midas did an excellent job with this installation. I am very pleased with their work. And as far as the price...they beat everyone else in town. (and I shopped around too!!!) I found their customer service rep to be very courteous, informative and professional. Would I use them again? I've been to this Midas three times. My services consisted of state inspection, new front rotors and one tire repair. The staff is generally nice, although the manager, who sits in the front, acts like he doesn't see people when they walk in the door. My state inspection and tire repair were taken care of fairly quickly. The tall black guy (sorry I didn't get his name) who repaired my tire was super nice and was able to find a large enough patch to repair my tire ($39) instead of me having to replace the tire ($200+). The rotors on the other hand, were a whole different story. After handing over the keys to my beloved Chevy Malibu, it sat in the parking lot for an hour before a technician started to check it out. After diagnosing the problem and upon my confirmation for them to start the work, I requested a phone call when the work was complete. I spent an hour at the local Dunkin' Donuts and CVS before returning to Midas only to find thay they had not begun the repairs. What were you doing for the last hour?! When the work was finally done, my car did drive like a dream. This business loses points for dingy interior, uncomfortable seating and circa 1990 television. read more

Got here at 9:30. Was supposed to take 1.5 hours to replace muffler. They were not busy. After 1.5 hours parts truck arrives with wrong parts. Now been here 2 hours and 15 minutes. Car still up on lift and no parts yet. Not happy. read more

Made an online appointment with a 2 hr time frame . I thought that meant I would be done during that time. Finally pulled my car into bay after 1 1/2 hrs. Then they had lunch. Even with appointment I was there close to 3 hrs for an oil change & tire rotation. Might as well walk in without an appointment somewhere else. read more

First time to a Midas ever in life. .. im more of a JL kind of girl. .. i was way behind on my oil change. Couldn't find my coupon 1 day...2nd day they were closed. ..3rd day made it at 6:11pm... before 7p.m. and was turned away because"they've done all the oil changes they're gonna do for the day" call the other area Midas just to check if they turn customers away also and was given 50-11excuses as to why they do it. Who cares. . Im a customer i don't need to know that you have to count down drawers that you may only have 1 tech.. the only explanation or instructions that should be given is how to avoid this from happening again...needless to say I ended up going to Jiffy Lube. . Getting my oil changed in 15 mins might i add despite rude guy at 2nd Midas telling me that 20 minute oil change wasn't possible. read more

Brought my 15' mustang in for a exhaust upgrade, I supplied the parts and asked them to cut off old and replace with new. The mustang is a convertible so the under body has a sub frame that needed to be removed. They walked me through how they were going to do it and I gave the thumbs up. I left the car and they called with an update that the clamps supplied by flow master won't seal the pipes, they offered to weld but wanted to get the approval first. Picked up the mustang and it sounded great. I knew the price was going to be on the high side but it was reasonable for 2.5 hours worth of work. I found the GM to be really nice and the techs were friendly. I'll be back for other things and recommend this Midas read more

Friendly enough crew and the waiting area is clean. They offered a military discount which is great. My complaint is the mechanics are slow moving and take lots of breaks for smoking and breakfast while my car is on the lift. They had mechanics sitting around - I was the first and only customer for a while. After lifting my car, my mechanic along with another actually walked over to a fast food joint, brought back breakfast and sat down to eat. Can't they eat before work? read more

I went for oil change and tire rotation it took me almost three hours, before i paid i asked them if they had rotated my tires and they said yes. When i got back home i noticed one my tires with a patch was on a same place and they did not rotate my tires it was very disappointing. I went back and asked them and the guy got embarrass but did my tire rotation. It was a waste of time and i do not trust them anymore and would not recommend it. read more
