What I liked the most about this place is that they offer a free vacuum after the wash. They conveniently placed hoses on both sides of my car so that I didn't have to worry about anything reaching over and scratching my hood. Each hose station had three different types, making it easy to cover large areas quickly and reach those hard-to-get spots. The team was friendly, but you must pay and tip them before starting the wash. Personally, I prefer to tip after the service is completed so I can evaluate the entire experience. I paid $29 after the tip, but I cleaned my car for 50 minutes after the wash, so I feel I got the most out of my money.

However the response was that they don't install parts purchased from the customer . I had a follow up with a question which was why don't they install parts pre purchased - because I'd like to have a warranty on my parts . The response was "we don't provide warranty " , which I knew they wouldn't provide warranty on my parts since I pre purchased my part with its own warranty and they didn't answer if they do provide warranty on their own parts and labor . My main question was why don't they install pre purchased parts and I was hoping they gave me another option alternative option. It was a missed opportunity was they didn't give me another option for the service, such as offering me warranty on parts and labor if I used their service/business . Maybe even educating me as a future client as to the why their business doesn't do that . Overall the response was quick but my question wasn't answered . Ryan, the associate behind the desk was a class act. Nice greeting as I walked in. During three hour wait he ordered an Uber for a lady who didn't know how and was updating those in the waiting room on the status of their vehicle repairs. He even helped a customer charge his phone at the recharge station the store has. Keep up the great work Ryan! The shop hand tightens lugnuts to factory specs with a torque wrench. Ryan even showed me the tool. I watched part of my install and they appeared to handle the rims carefully. Keeping my 4 vs something higher for the reason noted before plus this time around I asked how much they would charge to flush/replace transmission fluid and was told they don't offer this service for cars with CVT transmissions. This eliminates a wide spectrum of vehicles that now use CVT transmissions.
