I have been to a few funerals here, but only recently had to deal myself with arranging the funeral of my mom. All the staff, and especially Paul, were wonderful. They couldn't have been kinder and more helpful and accommodating to all our needs. Paul was very sensitive to our every concern. The prices were more than reasonable. On the day of my uncles funeral they had no resevered seating for family sisters,brothers nieces nephews nothing it was wherever you could fit ! My other uncle had to stand in the hall outside the room because there was no where for him to sit !! There was no organization to the line for the procession to the cemetery at all !! They should have had wife kids grand kids brothers sisters etc not a hodgepodge of get in where you fit in !!! We've only been able to get their bronze package because of our budget, but you get quite a bit which is more than I can say for other places dealt with in the past. When I was younger, I had a bad experience with a cremation that was handled by the vet after my childhood dog had passed. They cremated her before they were able to do her paw printings. Obviously that is just devastating. My pup was gone forever. BUT let me tell you, this place showed me that you CAN trust them with your furry family members100%. My sweet Oliver was cremated and put into an urn I chose out of their large selection that they have. They had one that was for ferrets so that's the one I selected. I will attach photos of the urn and imprintings I received. I paid total 80$ or so for the cremation of Oliver, the urn for his ashes, hair clippings from Oliver, and the imprints from his feet and nose. So thankful for everything they were able to do for me.

Who knows what got in there but it was wide enough to suggest a rodent of some sort. The hole was still there days later. The human being buried there deserves dignity and respect, same with all of the others who have significant damage to their headstones or cracked vases and debris all over. Do better.
