Utilized their service for furniture removal in a portion of our house during renovations. The outgoing process did not go as smoothly as hoped. After sharing concerns, the boss himself was there upon return and things went much more smoothly. The company even addressed a minor repair while the furniture was in storage so that upon return there were no issues. Located in Sioux City, we utilized their services for the all in one capabilities of moving in storage. Despite a few bumps initially, I would use them again. When moving, you always expect some things to be scratched or small things broken, just by the nature of moving - but that really was not the case after Roland moved our things. Plus, they said they would be there at 10 A.M. and they were there at 9:58 A.M.! We had two spaces that we needed their help with: Unloading into our storage unit and into our apartment... on the third floor. There were no complaints from his guys and for both locations they were EFFICIENT even on a hot and humid day. I should also mention there was a moment where Roland needed to take a call and asked for permission. Totally not necessary but so respectful and we noticed! Roland also was great in guiding his guys on how to move or lift things properly if there was any question. He did not leave them to their own devices if there was a heavy or unwieldy item. We will have to move again in a few months and we will absolutely be starting with Roland, if his team is available. A convection oven was destroyed. 5. An APC unit for a computer was destroyed. Additionally, other items have significant cosmetic damage. After 75+ days and 6k dollars, I am left wondering what it was all worth. In my opinion, this is a disgraceful organization that makes promises it cannot deliver on, and engages prospective customers with deceitful and misleading advertising. Even the delivery driver was shocked at how some of the items were packed (all thrown into giant wardrobe boxes). I have nothing left to say except I am filing claims and will consider additional avenues of compensation.

I was robbed!! I contacted their help line through an email and received no phone calls no resolve .. they have sent me maybe 100 dollars back out of over 700 for 2 trucks I didn't even use that long !!! I used to rent trucks out for the storage company I used to work for and I clean for a living and I used to drive one of those trucks daily .. I know how to return them and I know that the charges I received are absolutely out of this world wrong !!!! The U-Haul on 18th St will take your money over charge you up front and have false dashboard readings!!! Do not rent from them !!! If this reaches any upper management I'd like my money back !!!
