Another 3-4 days go by and a rude man calls and gives me a quote and asked why did I ask for just a converter quote when the whole thing should be replaced. I said sir the dealer said I needed one so I was recommended to come to you to ask for a quote to see if you can help me. He said well just go back to the dealer then! I said wait so you don't want to help me? Basically in so many words he just didn't want to work on my car. I got a…read moretransmission replaced here and the transmission shudder was still there after turns out it was miss diagnosed and actually had a faulty transfercase. I finally got a opportunity to put the car in the air and what I saw was a nightmare from missing under shields to stripped drain bolts on a NEW REMANED TRANSMISSION. Later | discovered the transmission pan gasket was leaking after they just serviced the transmission for the second time the transfer case bushing right behind the trans was blown out didn't even inform me (they definitely knew because they had the transfer case out). Later I found a missing lug stud on the wheel. After all that I bring the car back and one they were EXTREMELY unprofessional and just terrible service, Two there warranty is junk and they road tested the car 3 miles and told me my concern was minor | even drove the car with a service writer and he said he felt the shudder but didn't further look at it. Then I paid for a sprakplug replacment and I have a missfire 500 miles later I pull the plugs out myself totally got scammed and scott the service writer also agreed that they werent changed along with them only offering compensation for the price of the plugs and wouldnt refund the labor I never saw a penny of the $500 they charged for the spark plugs along with the scam they pulled on the $7,000 transmission replacment when it only needed a transfercase. This place only knows how to diagnose a car with a scan tool trust me stay far away for your Wallets sake.
