Juice Bar is tucked into an outdoor shopping center and easier seen from the road than inside of the parking lot. For reference, it sits next to Blaze Pizza. I pulled into a spot marked for curbside and checked in from the email confirmation I received when ordering. The store is open for walk in orders and takeout. The bowls come is only one size, about $10. I ordered the basic açaí bowl with bananas, strawberries, chia seeds, almond butter, granola and a drizzle of honey. It hit the spot and I especially love the portion of almond butter. Now that I know Juice Bar exists in my area, I'll be stopping by again.

Parking can also be a beast so it is best to find a spot in the adjacent strip mall near the UPS store. It is so worth it though.

There are 4 Paul's Markets in Louisville, and I am fortunate to live very close to the Middletown location, which opened in 1996. Every summer the outdoor area is chock full of beautiful flowering plants, both annual and perennial varieties. The plants today were lush, healthy, and absolutely stunning. They were priced in line with the local nursery that we most frequent, which is a bit higher than the big box stores. However, as with most things, you get what you pay for. The grocery has a wonderful deli that includes a hot bar and a wide variety of prepared sandwiches, pastas dishes, salads, and deserts. The salad selection was extensive. I opted for a cobb salad that included chicken, bacon, egg, tomatoes, lettuce, blue cheese crumbles and dressing! It was a steal for only $6.99 and absolutely delicious. I chose the honey mustard dressing and it was a chef's kiss! Throughout the grocery area one will find a lot of specialty items such as several types of gluten-free breads, seasonal fruits, regional candies, and much, much more. Mom's meals seem to have corn or beans in almost every dish. Not conducive to our diet. THEN WE FOUND CLEANEATZ JTOWN. You can order online from the selections they offer, and then call them to add any selections you may want from the freezer case let me tell you... Big portions, delicious sides, with the protein either adorned with different sauces or just basic, and skinny with no sauce , which makes it perfect because then you could add your own. And the prices... The six we chose from online were $8.79 each... chicken, beef choices. The four salmon meals we added by calling the JTOWN location were $8.69 and $9.69... All salmon meals, very nice portions, one for example, had salmon, sweet potatoes, asparagus, and a little spinach. Please let me know if there is anybody that can beat these prices. And if they could, the personalized wonderful service you get from the owners.... we're sticking there. Because of medical procedure, she brought out to car for us.
