Well, today I picked up my not-so-recent Lexus, which needed a new front "under bumper" shield that was dragging, and removal of white scrapes on three corners of the car. Dave advised there was no point in replacing the bumper shield, which would have cost $1200 plus. Instead he wired it back up securely, advising it would most likely do the job..."no point spending that kind of money on this". I thanked him, asked for the bill for that labor and the touch-up painting...he waved it off and said "no charge for it...you can give a tip Bobby (who did the painting)", which of course I gladly did. WHAT???!!! WHO DOES THIS???? What an over-the-top wonderful culture and committed to customer service exists here. What a blessing to have found this establishment. The cost was more than $100. I was told that "the computer" requires full synthetic oil for my vehicle in opposition to fact. Nonsense. The owners' manual specifies full or blended. I've had this and earlier Hyundais serviced successfully as I requested, even one time at that very shop. Scam offer that trades on customer misinformation. Never going there again.
