Our dog has been displaying some alarming behavior, and it's only getting worse, circling, circling, circling, unsettled, huffing and puffing. It could be neurological, she could have injured herself, vertebrae injury, leg injury, luxating patella (she is a 4.5 lb "jumper," she leaps and bounds all over the place). I called them to schedule an appointment based on the positive reviews of the doctor, Dr. Valenti. The woman who answered the phone was extremely indifferent and lacking any kind of compassion when I explained my dog's extremely unsettled behavior and urgent need to bring her in for an evaluation. I spent two to three minutes explaining my dog's symptomatology, only for the woman to curtly tell me "so, so, sorry, Dr. Valenti is no longer taking on new dog/cat patients." Their website does not state that Dr. Valenti is no longer accepting new animal patients, quite the contrary, so their website is quite misleading. If he doesn't want to take on any new animal patients then update your website, people, or don't have any website at all. The woman could have at least offered a referral to another vet clinic, or upon hearing my anxiety over what could be wrong with my precious fur baby talk to Dr. Valenti if he could see her. If Dr. Valenti and his office is as nice and customer friendly as the other Yelp reviews claim I would have expected more. Further, like human doctors, veterinary doctors take an oath upon graduation from veterinary college "to practice wisely, with compassion and concern for both human and animal welfare." Hmm, where is adherence to this oath? Total lack of compassion here. The other reviews are definitely canned, fake reviews and are not to be believed. Very unprofessional and unempathetic.

They stated that they would call me the next morning once his blood test results came back. When Dr. Senese called and and I asked how he was doing, her response was, "unfortunately he passed away." I was completely shocked. I asked her what his blood test results showed and she stated, "I don't know. I have to look at them." She called to tell me that my dog had died suddenly and unexpectedly and hadn't even looked at his blood test results before calling me. I was hoping for some kind of answer as to why this happened but I got nothing. On top of that, she seemed put off that I preferred to take my dog to be cremated myself instead of going through her. I requested copies of his vet records and after being ignored for over a month, all I was given was a copy of an index card with some notes scribbled on it. I absolutely do not recommend her or any of her associates.

My first visit, I had to LITERALLY carry my 55 lb dog in because he was so afraid of the vet... the second time we went, I could hardly contain his excitement to get through the doors! Every visit is pure joy for him, even if he's getting shots or nail trims. I had to have a dog put down a few weeks ago, and I have never experienced better bedside care from a veterinary practice. Yes, they are a tad higher fee-wise, but so worth it knowing my babies always get good care from all staff!

My girl Hates her.. Marco was rough and my baby tried to bite her 2 times. They took texts.. Make long story short, she over medicated her I took her off and was better in 2 days...and I told them so.. one week later Marco contacted me through texting asking how she was doing and if the symptoms come back to contact her. Since her departure the place was never the same again. Very money conscious. Very high prices. It's all about making as much as they could. I brought my dog in and when I asked about my cat at home, they said they don't give away free advice. I asked a simple question stating that I am paying for this time. They said sarcastically bring the cat in. then treated me like I was cheap. I had a dog with diabetes and spent thousands there for over seven years. Now they wouldn't answer a simple question. This new crew is arrogant and condescending. They don't care about your pet and even less about you. All they want is your money. That lab tech has no business dealing with people. I could go on and on about how terrible she was. The entire time I kept my cool and my mouth shut. When I went home and shared my experienced, I was told by all to never go back there again. I still wanted to go back but I called and asked to have that tech's name put down on my chart, so I never get her again. They asked why and I said I didn't want to make it a big thing and left it at that. Nope, that tech found out and started calling my home. I wasn't home so she burdened my 86-year-old mother with her nonsense. It upset her. After she saw I didn't want her again, she should have NEVER called my home. Just looking for trouble. Then to cover her ass she made up a compliant about me. She said I had a "mood change" but not when the doctor was in the room only to her. LOL. The doctor obviously wouldn't back up her lie. Then the manager started calling my home. She was worse than the terrible lab tech. She wouldn't listen to reason all she did was defend her "friend" as she referred to her and her lies. Also, they never asked once how my dog was doing. 4 phone calls, one email and one letter through the mail. All they wanted to do was cover their ass. They are unprofessional. They over charge and in my opinion are rip-off artists. Above all they are liars. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else folks.

We made an appointment a couple days in advance, hoping he would improve, but after days of not eating and becoming so lethargic we had to make the hardest decision a pet owner can make. They were so professional with being so knowledgeable about the euthanasia process. I've had to go through this before at other animal hospitals, but this time the whole experience was different. It's more like a feeling of comfort in knowing they are going to treat my special little guy as if he was their own (and that was the first time anyone here met him). I mean, it really does suck and never gets any easier. Having that support that it was the best possible thing really helped my family and I grieve. They allowed us so much extra time to say goodbye and say a final words to him in private. They have their crematorium onsite as well. Now I don't mean to be a bummer, but I just would want pet owners to know that they are the real deal. I take solace in knowing he was surrounded by loved ones and didn't have to suffer anymore. Dr. Dosland and Taylor were just the best in such a difficult time. Thank you for taking so much care of my Logan.

I have never been met with such compassion at a veterinary clinic in my experience being a pet owner. Ever. I was very up front about my financial situation, and she was very informative, and provided a detailed estimate (they're care services are honestly some of the most affordable I've seen) before a treatment plan was decided upon. She then gave me a detailed description of his xrays, and the best plan of action for his exasperated hip dysplasia. I will forever be taking my doggie here, as they are nothing short of absolutely wonderful. This was absolutely worth the 30 min travel time. I absolutely recommend taking your fur babies here.
