Place was busy. Threader should've still slowed down and taken the proper time to do a decent job - I didn't even ask for shaping. She went WAY too fast, made it more painful than normal, didn't clean properly, took off too much from the top of one part of the brow in her haste, CUT the skin on the side of my eyebrow, and when I told her, said that going fast was how she did it. A fast threader is not a skill to be proud of when that speed causes pain, cuts, and a bad threading job. Slow down and don't make it hurt. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded since the dawn of time - there are many who don't make it feel painful and know how to clean up brows. The situation escalated to the point where the nail tech was yelling and speaking very rudely and unprofessionally in front of everyone in the salon. It created a really tense and awkward environment. I was there with my 7-year-old daughter, and the way the employee was shouting actually scared her. No child should feel uncomfortable like that in what's supposed to be a relaxing place. I completely understand that misunderstandings can happen with customers, but the way it was handled was extremely unprofessional and should have been addressed more calmly. It really ruined the experience for us. I hope management takes situations like this seriously because customer service and professionalism matter just as much as the quality of the nails.
