The entrees were so yummy. I would totally order the bucatini again, that was honestly the best to me, though I had the braised short ribs. They were good, but I wished I'd stuck with my first mind with the bucatini... I was worried about the pepperoni, which I tend to not care for. It was not a problem. A lot of people in my party had the steak and also said it was good. I was a little disappointed that they only had one type of Cab wine by the glass, the rest were by the bottle. Shit experience. Staff has no class…read more I was outside on the patio on a hot day with some friends and my dog. I ordered food and told the guy I'd be outside, which he responded he'd be out to bring it to me. Time passes. Neighboring tables are getting big orders delivered (people who got there after me). Eventually my friends leave and my elderly dog is burning up on the patio (The neighboring bar were the only ones who offered him a dog bowl). By the time half of our table leaves we go in to check on the food. They say it's coming... we check on the food again. They say it will be right up. It was not. I ask for a refund, the guy says "it's done, do you still want it?". I sigh and say yes. Five more minutes pass... I settle on my refund from a woman with a shitty attitude. No apology, no nothing. It was ready super fast, packed very nicely and the employee who gave it to me was very professional and kind. Their current staff is really great and they care about the job they are performing. This location is really on their A game. The restaurant is clean and everything is stocked. This is my favorite order from the wall, serve yourself casual dining chains.
