They will give you a list of their products, tell you what sizes you can get, and then show you how to go around and taste all of the different oils/vinegar. Tasting the different types is really fun! The balsamic vinegars are wonderful!! I went in thinking I might buy a bottle as a gift for someone and ended up leaving with three bottles. I can't wait to get more! The prices are reasonable, so you don't even feel guilty buying a bottle, and having such nice olive oils and vinegars will really encourage cooking at home. I really recommend trying the ripe peach white balsamic. It's amazing!
