I had problems with the shades, and they would come out but took their time. They were paid for their service. They replaced the motors, and I paid for that as well, which I understood as they were out of warranty. Sent a text to the owner and told him I was having the same problem with the motors and told him they are still under warranty and sent him a copy of his last imvoice so he could see they were still under warranty. He nor his office never responded. I called the manufacturer, and they could not understand why they did not call and take care of the problem. They helped me and found a great dealer who worked with me to get this resolved. Im my opinion I would not use this company. Seems like they want the sale, but that's about it. This is my opinion. They left me hanging!!!

The system was stuck in a recovery loop, BitLocker was triggered, and Windows wouldn't load or even reliably enter repair mode. Multiple shops I called said it would take several days just to diagnose the issue. Matt turned it around in essentially one day. He was able to manually access the system, unlock BitLocker, repair the corrupted boot configuration, rebuild the necessary Windows files, and get the machine fully operational again -- without wiping my data. It did take some time getting all of the equipment & parts needed, so if you are looking to put in a system for a particular event, I would plan well-in advance. However, we were kept informed. The basement is not entirely finished because it is used mostly by my teenage kiddos & their friends, but we did want an outstanding entertainment system for them to watch movies & play games. We opted for a projector & screen. We also wanted to integrate the Philips Hue system for a backlighting on the screen that coordinates with the picture. He & his colleagues built speaker boxes for us & the frame behind the screen upon which the lighting strip would rest. It came out amazing! They did an outstanding job. One year later, and all is still running smoothly. I have not had to reach back out to them for anything so far, but I was left with a strong impression that if we needed help with anything we would just be able to call.
