I eventually asked him if we could talk about the bike I was looking for, and he said, "What do you want to talk about?" He seemed totally disinterested in the entire interaction. The lights in the dealership make it look old-fashioned, which makes sense given the fact that they have an incredible number of very old bikes, however, they make the new bikes in the showroom look grungy. The dealer looked dirty, as well, and very cramped. Overall, I would recommend finding a different dealer to offer your business to.

After I thought i had found the right rim WITHOUT guidance, i go to the office to pick out a tire and pay - the mechanics radiod up to the same dick head mechanic and said Rim i picked wouldn't work. Then infront of other customers he proceeded to tell me if i wanted to walk back there to choose a different rim it would be an additional $50, cussing the whole time / finishing his rant saying he should sell all of his rims and tires because he doesn't want to deal with this s***. Needless to say, they never even said it would cost $50 to go look at the rims? I paid the $50, took my broken rim and left. If you can't handle running a business and helping your customers then why the hell are you running one? The whole time this "lead mechanic" was yelling the front office lady was giggling. Pathetic. This company lost over $600 for a s*** attitude. I wonder how much other money he's ran off? I purchased my new Triumph Speed 400 on 7/20/2024 . I…read moretook delivery the same day and had my 600 mile service performed there two weeks later. The brake light was not activated when the front brake was engaged. This was discovered at my first annual service last month at Pony Power Sports in Westerville, Ohio. I had put on over 8,000 miles. A few weeks before that ,I had been rear ended as I was stopped and was in the process of exiting a gas station. The offending driver made no mention of the brake light as we exchanged insurance information after the incident . I assumed it was just distracted driving. He barely tapped my rear fender and the motorcycle made no forward movement. The fender was broken by the impact. Riding without a brake light for over 8,000 miles without being killed requires incredible luck . Clinton County Motorsports was negligent in the set up at purchase or the 600 mile service or both.
