Hosted a downtown STL event same evening as a Cardinals AND STL City Soccer AND a holiday weekend. Didn't want guests dressed to the nines searching for parking. Got quotes from a couple of folks and decided on MVP. The night of our event, we arrived and MVP was already set up with four or five guys. We had items to bring inside and the valet assisted us without hesitation. We even had a guest with a flat tire. MVP helped change the tire. Actually MVP didn't help, they changed it. At the end, because MVP was adequately staffed, there wasn't a lengthy wait to get your vehicle. We were very satisfied with MVP. read more

I hired Midwest Valet for a pretty large event, and I'm certainly glad I did! The guys (and gal) that were there for the event were absolutely wonderful. They worked very hard, very fast, and all with a great attitude. They arrived in plenty of time, and considering we had hundreds of guests arriving at once, things couldn't have went any smoother. Three stars only because I had to call three times before I could get someone to send me a quote. Each time the person would say they would send it as soon as we hung up, and they never did. I finally had to call back and be a little more aggressive. I'm assuming they want as much biz as possible, so why not just follow through? Definitely use Midwest for your valet needs! read more

The gentlemen on the valet team were very polite - plus they went over and above their duties. I was at an event hosted by my company this week where I didn't use the valet service, but parked a bit down the street so our guests could use the more convenient parking spaces. I left when it was dark, and as I turned down the street to walk to my car, one of the valet's ran over and walked with me to my car to make sure I got there safely. I didn't ask him to do it, and it was super kind of him to escort me. I neglected to ask him his name, but I wanted to thank him and the rest of his team for being so courteous! read more

This place should get negative stars. Really. To build on Josh S's account of our service: never once was I apologized to. Never once did anyone appear to hustle or move a little quicker to get my car. The first time I went to complain they said it would be right out, but didn't look at my ticket or anything. The second time I went up and granted, I was a little more curt, they finally realized that I wasn't even in the cue. Third time was when I grabbed my keys and asked where my car was. They were then taken out of my hand and I was told I could not get it myself since it was in a locked lot. I don't see how or why it should ever take AN ENTIRE HOUR to get a car. ever. read more

These guys handled our car at the Black and Red event. The staff they had was very friendly and quick. However, I had to knock a couple stars off for one small reason: As we were driving away, my wife said, "What's that under the windshield wiper?" That's right, we got a parking ticket. To their credit, when I turned around and went back, they were very apologetic and gave us cash on hand to cover the parking ticket. If I have an opprotunity to valet with them again, I certainly would give them the opprotunity to earn those stars back. read more

My brother & his new wife used this Valet service for his wedding on 3/21/15. We had a couple of issues and as we have tried to get them rectified since and we haven't gotten any feedback, I'm going to use this forum to warn future customers. First off my husband used the valet as I instructed him to, when he and my stepson arrived for the ceremony. When it came time to go to get our car, our experience in getting it back was much like that of the other reviewers. He waited about 20 to 30 mins before getting the car. While watching other patrons got their cars before us who had given their tickets to the individuals working the event for Midwest Valet after we turned ours in. We even asked another MWV person where our car was, and she wasn't sure, but she would try and find out. Ha! Second, and this is the biggest problem!!!!!! The card for my brother and new sister-in-law was in the car, sealed containing a gift card for their wedding gift. When it came time to drop it off at the reception, we couldn't find it. We chalked it up to me having it in my belongings as I was in the wedding party and I had just missed it. However, the next day, I found the envelope/card the next day. In the car, shoved in a storage part of the car that we rarely use. The thing was the card had been ripped open at the top. I initially thought maybe my stepson had put it there and messed with it on accident. So I planned to mail it to my brother and sister so they had it when they returned from their honeymoon. Once my brother and sis got back from their trip. My sister-in-law reached out to me and asked if I had included a gift card in my card. They had obviously gotten my card in the mail. I said of course, I also made sure to write out how much it was for. Well, you see the only thing in the envelope with the card, was the Target paper backer that the gift card was originally attached to, folded in half. MY GIFT TO MY BROTHER WAS GONE. Due to the time it took me to get my car after the event and the fact that my wedding gift to my brother was missing from the ripped open card, I can only guess that someone with the Valet company helped themselves to a little wedding gift. My sister-in-law and I both have emailed Midwest Valet on this matter and haven't received any responses. Buyer beware in using this company. As said in another review, if they are valeting another event I attend, I will certainly be parking my own car, not just for the wait time, but also so that I don't risk having anything else stolen from my car. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! This company parked cars for my neighbor whose wife had just died and she wanted him to have a party to celebrate her life. I allowed my neighbor could use my driveway as our street is too narrow for street parking. After the event I inspected my driveway and Midwest Valet had driven over one of my mid-century landsacape lights. It took two weeks for Greg Bohlmann to come out and look at my destroyed light. He then made up some weird story about 4-wheelers in the neighborhood-of which there are none. It has been almost a month since the destruction and he has not contacted me again. This guy is not reputible. Find anyone else to use but him! read more

I really don't like writing one star reviews, but after one mediocre at best experience, and one absolutely horrible experience I just have to, and if I could give them a big fat zero stars, I absolutely would. A couple months back Stephanie B and I attended Corks for a Cause and Midwest Valet was providing services for the event. When we went to leave the event it took close to 25 minutes for them to locate our vehicle and bring it around. In that time at least three people who showed up after us got their vehicles first. That was the mediocre experience and I would have gone toe to toe with Mike Tyson for all 2.2 seconds I would have lasted for that type of service last night. Stephanie B and I attended the St Louis Magazine A-List party last night and decided to leave about 10. Gave my ticket to the same valet who took our vehicle at the beginning of the night, he went over to the valet stand and then brought my ticket back and said they'd have our vehicle right out. Time check of 10:12. We wait, see other people leave, wait, see more people leave and wait some more. Finally at 10:47 Stephanie B goes up to the valet stand and inquires how much long it will be and informs them we've been waiting 35 minutes. Some guy who looks like he's a manager can't believe we've been waiting that long and tells them to get our car right now. Problem solved, or so we think. It's 11 now and still no car in sight, at least 2 other couples who showed up after us have already left. Stephanie B again goes up to the valet stand and low and behold our keys are still at the stand. This is where I pull out my popcorn and watch. By now we've been waiting a little more than 45 minutes and the valet who is passing keys out to the runners tries to give someone else's keys to one of the runners. Stephanie B is having none of this and using her powers of persuasion, leaves the stand having petrified two valets but at least one of them is running away with our keys. Then more minutes pass by and Stephanie B is about to go medieval on their a$$es. She has another conversation with the guy who appears to be a manager in which she is told that the 1st time she came up was the first time they had seen our valet ticket. She promptly corrects him and informs him a short, middle aged guy, took our ticket 55 minutes ago and said it would be right out. The manager told her this was not their protocol on how they do things, which is all fine and dandy, but we've been waiting 55 minutes, just bring the dang car already. She was kind enough to point out to the manager the man who took out ticket initially and was the cause of our extremely long wait. I would like to think he got a stern lecture or something, but I doubt that happened. Another couple we had been sharing our waiting woes with car arrives before ours and the poor guy seemed genuinely sorry that their car arrived before ours. Luckily as they were getting in their car ours showed up. I believe it was 11:15. I will say this, if I ever attend another event where Midwest Valet is providing valet services, I will gladly park my own car and walk 10 blocks just so I don't give these jokers my car keys again. To say I was underwhelmed by their service would be the understatement of the year. I know at least 3 or 4 other people waited at least 30+ minutes for their vehicle last night so we were not a totally isolated incident. If you do decide to use these clowns, make sure you stay on top of them from the start, otherwise you could end up waiting an hour for your vehicle. read more

We used a MVP parking lot for fair of saint louis, which was a very good price of $5...however then you use a golf cart for a shuttle... and your still expected to pay $5 additional, per person, per ride. We spent about $40 on parking which is ridiculous! Especially since last year when we used their lot using a golf cart shuttle was free. Then on top of that, theres a sign saying "we work for tips." Maybe their boss should tip them. Their taking advantage of people with children and disabled people that cant walk the mile or two walk, but still want to enjoy the fair with their friends and family. Very disappointed in the company. However, the people driving the carts were very friendly and apologetic about the prices. read more

Just a warning everyone that almost all the employees are very shady characters and drug users. Some of the crew leads would have drug deals on the job. They were reckless with the cars. They drove them really hard when customers weren't around and I watched multiple people slam the doors on other Cars. Also they lost someone's keys and they drained the persons battery dead as well. And as far as management, they were very unprofessional and didn't properly keep track of pay checks. Took me 3 months to get a check after I had to quit and it was half the hours I worked. So just warning everyone don't trust them with your cars. I would never do so. It's a huge risk. read more

Many positive experiences with Midwest Valet Parking (MVP) have motivated me to share my thoughts with others. Most people don't feel comfortable handing the keys to their car to their flesh and blood, much less to someone you've never met. There's something about the friendly service at MVP that makes it OK. It's been wonderful to see this small company grow over the years and I'm so pleased to see them continue to gain the business of more and more venues and events. Well deserved, for sure. read more

My husband and I went to 801 Chophouse for our anniversary 3 years ago and the valet wrecked our avalanche and admitted they were at fault, when they drove our truck to us our mirror was dangling against the driver door scratching and damaging it. Greg (the owner) assured us he'd reimburse us if we didn't submit it to insurance once we got the auto quote, us and the auto repair company contacted him over and over and over again and he would always dodge all our calls. This is one very dishonest business owner and we will never allow this company to touch any of our vehicles ever again. We have made sure to never use their services and always make sure to let everyone know about our experience. read more

Gregg Bohlmann and his wife Melissa Bohlmann are the worst people to ever work for they treat their workers like trash and I for know because I worked for them. They try to talk down to like you are nothing and if try to say sometime back they fired you there real address of business is 1647 Macklind Ave Saint Louis, MO 63110 and reading from previous encounters that other people had with this trashy company ain't nothing changed. They will call you out of the blue and try to make you work even if it is a day that you said you couldn't work and change the schedule at the last minute all the time and if you didn't come in you're fired. I personally believe that the employees were great to work with but the management in the office was and still is horrible. If I was anyone that wanted to contract Midwest Valet Parking I wouldn't do it because the owner does not pay his employees but if you do please be generous and tip the workers because he pretty much pays his workers nickel dimes and if you want proof comment on this review and I will send you pic of my check stub on what they believe is earned pay. * * * read more

MVP responded to a last minute request. Aaron and Brant arrived earlier than I expected, had signs strategically placed directing guests to the proper entrance at my retirement community. They did a really good job helping the guests who needed the valet service. I will be requesting them in the future and recommend this company highly. It was very last minute and they went the extra mile to see that I could be accommodated. read more

I give Midwest Valet Parking 1 Star, strictly because I had to pick a star for this review. They are the absolute worst valet company in the United States. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. Trust me, you would be better off parking yourself then letting Midwest Valet Parking park your vehicle. read more

The mvp guys valeted a large amount of cars at our house. Everyone was super and cordial. All parties were very excited for the service.
