Oh My God! I can't believe it, I just text'd Mike Silva late in the evening and he text'd me right back first thing in the morning with an appointment for 12:30PM... I've been holding off replacing 5 light switches, lightbulb on a 16ft ceiling. And who arrived at my door on time? I would absolutely work with Mighty Electric again! We had an attic cleanout done and had wires everywhere because the previous home owner did not properly secure them. I called Mighty Electric and spoke with the owner Michael who was so kind and didn't man explain anything to me. He asked a lot of through questions, and said he could get someone out as quick as the next day to provide an inspection. The price was extremely reasonable to secure the wires and we ended up asking about other work that could be done including rewiring security cameras, rewiring hallway, rewiring recessed lights that were a fire hazard that were not installed right by the previous homeowner, and installed an outdoor outlet. Two technicians came by and they were so respectful of our home, wore booties, laid down a work blanket that captured all the debris from the installation and rewiring and even vacuumed and swept the area after. Just insanely courteous, they listened to every concern and the inspection ended up going towards the cost of the work so it reduced the amount we paid from the last visit when they came to complete the work. They even threw in a $50 voucher for any other work that we need done! I would highly recommend them for their services and I will definitely be calling them again if we need any electrical work done. Insanely kind and professional and please consider them for your next electrical project. We had Mighty Electric install a NEMA 14-50 outlet two years ago and they did a fantastic job--great communication, quality work, and very reasonable pricing. Recently, we had an overheating issue with our breaker that kept our car from charging properly. I texted them, and they came out right away, replaced the breaker, and even updated the outlet with a new EV-specific Leviton model. What impressed me most was their customer care--they were ready to walk away without charging for the service call! I INSISTED on paying for at least the parts (and thankfully they accepted) but that kind of integrity and generosity really stood out to me as a customer. Michael came out the day after we called. We had a garage light that quit working. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, and threw in a new wall switch to replace the old, discolored one that was there. He even replaced a discolored wall socket/cover next to the switch. While he was there we also had him look at a problem with a front doorbell that had quit working. Again he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed that. Both jobs combined took only about one hour to complete. I don't know how his prices compare with similar businesses, but it seemed a bit on the pricy side. read more
