The customer service I've experienced on every single call and text message with this company has been unbelievably unprofessional and downright unacceptable. They completely forgot about our scheduled appointment, only to tell me on the day of that no one was available. After I hung up in frustration, they had the audacity to text me later saying they might have someone available the next morning -- as if that somehow made up for wasting my time. There was zero follow-up, zero accountability, and zero effort to make things right. It's clear this company operates without any foresight, coordination, or basic respect for customers' time. Empty promises, disorganized communication, and a total lack of professionalism -- I'm absolutely disgusted with how this entire experience was handled. Volt Texh was quick to respond and even though I'd gotten power to return they kept their appointment and tested the circuits for us. They discovered that one of the breakers in our panel had gone bad- sometime before we moved in over a decade ago. Not only that, the fix for the bad breaker was to 'double-tap' and overload the circuit that was giving us trouble.
