He was also very impressive when listening to him explain what our system could look like and what our options would be. At that time, we were already having an ADU built in our backyard, and when the contractor found out we wanted a new tankless heater and water filter installed on our main house, he offered us a discount and installed a tankless heater. It ended up being a big mistake as they did a very sloppy job. Fast forward to this past September 2025, and my wife put out a Yelp request to get a water filtration system installed. She did not know that Pure Plumbing had come out previously, but I recognized Bryan's name when my wife told me he would be coming to the house. He walked my wife through everything while I was at work, and she was impressed by him too. He even pointed out where our contractor's plumber had made a major mistake with our tankless heater. We ended up having Pure Plumbing install the water filtration system, the price was great, and they did a fabulous job. I am 67 so this treatment constitutes elder abuse…read more I hired Michael at Swift Flow because when I used my washing machine, the toilet in my guest bathroom backed up. He said the toilet was clogged and gave me an estimate for $2,750. I had no way of knowing if this price was reasonable or not. Michael noticed that there was sewage under the master bedroom. I could smell it. He called Tim at Fusion, Fire and Flood and he came right out. He gave me an estimate of approximately $6,000 to clean the crawl space and to replace the floor. I would be charged another $500 to have Michael reinstall the master bathroom toilet. To make a long story short, Michael and another guy spent an hour or maybe slightly more to fix the pipe beneath my home. That means they made more than $1,500 an hour and as it turned out, they didn't do the work. According to a second plumber I had to pay $750 for, Michael had cut a piece out of the pipe and spliced it together to make it looks as if it was fixed, but it was still leaking. They did not do what was on the estimate. After I reversed the charges, Michael showed my bank videos and paperwork, so they declined my claim. I am going to have to fight the charges again because Michael refused to return my calls or to give me an itemized list of what was done. My friend who knows about such things, eviscerated Time a Fusion because he said the $6,000 was only for taking the floor out and that I was going to get another estimate for putting it back in. I stopped payment on my check and so Fusion only got about $300. Claire at Fusion threatened to put a lien on my house. My friend was handed over to the owner of Fusion, Brandon, who admitted that he has a standard fee, regardless of how much work is done. He didn't mess with me after my friend jerked him around and didn't put up with his HS. Michael at Swift Flow is another matter. I'm going to be suing him and going after his license. I will be suing the Bank of America too. The person at B of A handling this matter is an idiot and I am going to make them pay for it.

You change the filter once a year and my husband did it and it wasn't bad. When we got it the guy who installed it was good. He gave all the info to my husband and did it pretty quick. We were initially going to get like a reverse osmosis water filter and alkaline from puragain water but it was 3x the price. This is basic but it does the job and our water tastes great.
