Sure, I didn't mind, even though the price was the same per cleaning. Jerry did a nice job so I was happy to help out. -For the first directly booked appointment, I waited in my apartment for quite some time before work to let Jerry inside. Eventually he asked to reschedule to the next day due to traffic. No worries...I didn't mind. -The next day was a no-show! I appreciate that it is just one or 2 people in your apartment, not a whole crew. They are always on time and being able to schedule online and through text is super helpful. Since there were significant portions of my home that were insufficiently cleaned with the level of detail i would expect, I requested a reclean.
