Next cleaning - very good. Today - another terrible cleaning. When the cleaner arrived I told her my apartment is basically clean and the main reason I hire the services to help with the duvet cover and make the bedding look nice. She said she would try to put the cover duvet cover on the down comforter. I've never heard anybody say they will try. This seems pretty standard. I then had to spend 10 minutes with her, showing her how to do things like empty the vacuum cleaner where everything was even though it was all in a closet. All things a cleaner should know. I received a message all was good and the cleaner was able to but the duvet on (again- why is this even a question). I cam home to a duvet cover as a top sheet, the bed a sloppy mess and my apartment not cleaned. The company did reimburse me for the cleaning, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted a clean apartment. So now I will be cleaning my apartment this evening.

I called him while the work was being done. He told me to let him know as soon as the work was completed, and he'd be happy to do a walkthrough for me and squeeze me in so I could get home ASAP. He went to my apartment with his assistant and filmed the walkthrough and sent me the videos. It wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be, but it was still a job that would be too much for me to handle on my own. I knew if I hired Patrick, I could just walk back into my apartment as though nothing had happened. And that is EXACTLY what happened! He spent 1 full day and a morning cleaning the place from top to bottom. Everything was put back precisely according to pictures. I had done a lot of covering of closets, etc., because I was scared my building wouldn't do an adequate job. We had left it that he would check whether or not the inside of closets or cabinets needed to be done once he started the job.
