During my process of searching I had a family emergency that completely derailed my search and once Shanise learned what was going on, she continued to work behind the scene and asked me to check in with her whenever I can during that time. what really made this process special and unforgettable was Shanice's concern about my sister. Whenever we spoke the first thing she did was ask about sister and her her recovery or just being a listening ear and offering advice and encouragement during my ramblings of confusion on what was going on with my sister. I found myself giving her updates du our conversations about me visiting properties. I even messed up a time or two and went to properties that Promove was not working with but I didn't want her work to go unnoticed so I made sure moving forward I would check with her so she would get her credit once I made a decision. I just was to really thank Shanise for treating me and what I was going through as a person and not just a transaction. Shanise, I am forever grateful I had you as my agent during this process, thank you again, your friend Gary B.

Instead of being treated with empathy or professionalism, I was spoken to in a very rude and dismissive manner by Chanel Douglas. After explaining my situation, I was told she could not help me, could not refer me to anyone else, and that she "worked for herself" and did not have a supervisor. My concerns were not simply about wanting to break a lease. I had already documented unresolved maintenance issues, including heating and flooding concerns, and ultimately had to vacate the property because the conditions were no longer safe for my family. I later received a response from the company stating they reviewed my file and that the conversation was related to lease obligations. However, that completely missed the point of my concern. My issue was the lack of compassion, professionalism, and willingness to assist someone dealing with a difficult housing situation involving safety and medical concerns. Clients reaching out for housing assistance should be treated respectfully, especially when they are already under stress. Based on my experience, I did not feel heard or supported.

You will DEFINITELY need a doorbell camera if you want to receive packages. Controls around who can get in the building are pretty weak; all sorts of random people in the hallways and I have gotten scared a few times. The building reeks of weed, not just coming from apartments but in common areas like entrances and elevators. There are nice amenities here if you are into communal amenities. The gym looked usable and the pool looked nice (never used them though). The renovated apartments are nice but the walk-in closet is small (if you are into clothes and shoes like I am, you will suffer and your quality of life will be diminished). Beware of what they call a 1brm; it's really a junior 1 bedroom because the room doesn't have a true door ... just a sliding wood thingy that doesn't provide much privacy. If you think you can have a guest on your couch and partake in adult bedroom activity, think again; it's just not going to happen. Food options are slim if you are the type that wants to walk to get dinner. There's stuff about 7mins drive away on Howell Mill Rd but you gotta drive. Overall, it's ok. I am not booking staycations in my apartment but I am not fleeing for the hills.

The Sync won't renew our lease now, even when we offered to sign for a full year instead of the requested 10 months. Good luck future renter (and can't wait to see what/if they write a response to this!)

This company and the individuals representing this…read morecompany, Amit Bhakta, Lorna Champagnie, and Janelle Pride are entirely and utterly unprofessional. While staying at one of their rental properties, not only did they communicate ineffectively, causing me to locate the owner of the property to request assistance, and break a contract by putting the house on the market in the 10th month when the lease clearly stated the home couldn't go on the market until 60 days before the end of the lease, but also during renovations last summer, we lost the use of our bathrooms and the rent was not prorated. Leo Prime attempted several times to avoid using the owner's warranties to reduce charges. Instead, they told us we'd have to use our rental insurance (which we could not) to cover the charges of leaving our home due to the maintenance repairs. Our bills increased due to the loss of installation and pipe concerns during repairs, we lost the use of several parts of our house, and we were still charged for our stay (even when we couldn't stay there). Like Eric, Lena, and Rachel (all ratings with 1 star), I strongly recommend against doing business with this company. The maintenance specialists will take forever to come if they do, and by the time they arrive, the hope is that the problem has not progressed. We have now moved out of the property. The owner and I requested itemized receipts days ago, but we have yet to receive them. I have documented communication where the owner informed the company to return our security deposit, but Leo Prime sent a check with their desired amount instead. Leo Prime listed all these charges in the move-out inspection after we left, but I took extensive videos and several photos of the property before leaving to ensure they could not add anything. Still, they managed to add insane cleaning charges, handyman charges, and all kinds of nonjustifiable charges. Again, where is our itemized receipt? We will contact HUD, the BBB, get testimonies from previous tenants, and any other organization that can help escalate this matter if it is not resolved immediately. If we have to take additional action, we will. Leo Prime, this is outrageous and completely unacceptable. Return our funds now! You broke a contract and ignored the demands of the owner. Also, how unprofessional, unethical, and illegal (I'm sure) it is to post other tenants' personal information in their contracts online. I hope no one lived in the home when you posted this because it is hostile and petty. If this is how you respond to your tenants, I fear for the relations with the owners of the properties and your employees.

My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating and stressful--to the point that I've made the decision to sell my home for my own peace of mind. I would not recommend this company or any organization affiliated with its name. There is a clear lack of accountability and urgency when it comes to addressing homeowner concerns. Communication is poor, and response times are unacceptable. Homeowners are expected to pay HOA assessments on time, yet that same level of responsibility is not reflected in the service provided. Basic expectations such as safety, transparency, and timely resolution of issues are simply not met. The common areas are poorly maintained--the tennis court is littered with trash, has damaged or missing nets, and lacks proper lighting. The gate system is unreliable and rarely functions as it should, and the pool has been closed indefinitely with no clear communication or resolution. Additionally, there appears to be no meaningful accountability for board members, including instances of retaliatory behavior toward homeowners raising valid concerns. This only adds to an already frustrating and inequitable experience. I truly hope Georgia Senate Bill 406 passes soon to bring greater accountability and oversight to situations like this. Save yourself the frustration--if you come across this company, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for a more responsive, reliable, and trustworthy management team
